Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Camera grande per gli standard di Tokyo, oltre che estremamente pulita. L’ hotel si trova in posizione super comoda, a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Akihabara e dalla Yamanote Line. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile. Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare qui due volte durante il nostro viaggio in giro per il Giappone. Sicuramente sarà un punto di riferimento per noi anche in futuro!

Au calme et au cœur d’Akihabara
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner cuisiné sous nos yeux et servi sur assiette. Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant très serviables et intentionnés. Le calme et la propreté des chambres. L’emplacement proche du métro, de restaurants et commerce.

Hotel se nachází blízko centra. Má dobrou dostupnost.

Cons:

Personál kuchyně / snídaní byl velmi neochotný. V případě zájmu o dřívější snídani (15 min před začátkem) jsme byli nuceni vyčkat. Jakožto alergik na laktózu jsem v hotelu neměla na výběr alternativní potraviny (rostlinná mléka apod.). Byla jsem nucena si kupovat snídaně v obchodě. Partner nebyl také spokojen - snídaně byly po dobu 14 dnů stále stejné.

Personál recepce byl milý a slušný, ale neuměl dobře anglicky. Z mého pohledu by takto drahý hotel měl mít personál plyně hovořící anglicky.

Měli jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj, který nebyl z nejnižší cenové kategorie a i tak byl pokoj velmi malý a stísněný. Na pokoji nebyla k dispozici šatní skříň, pouze několik ramínek.

Good, simple hotel in a quite area.
Pros:

The hotel was in a nice quiet area. The room was a little small, but had everything you needed, you just have to be organised with your suitcases. The beds were comfortable, the shower was perfect and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The only strange thing was the policy you need to sign at check-in which mention how and what data they use, one of them is your dietary data which they will use to give you a better experience. What??? That one is weird.

Nettes modernes Hotel mitten in Alihabara
Pros:

Modern ausgestattete Zimmer. Tokyo übliche kleine Zimmer. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Lage mitten in Akihabara.

Cons:

Frühstück ziemlich chaotisch und es wird nicht rechtzeitig nachgelegt. Da ist viel Luft nach oben.

Third time staying here. Best location we have found for the wife and myself.

Minor gripe of having to return the key to the front desk. I guess I'm used to Vegas and just leaving i5 in the room.

Lurvve the little perks tat the hotel offers.... like a place to hang out in the lobby {2/fl) with free tea and snacks which we fully enjoyed while we waited for our airport ride, also the breakfast was fantastic.

Wish I was there now
Pros:

Everything a out this hotel was exceptional. From the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the food right down to the fact that the staff helped me to the taxi with my bags before bowing.

I love this hotel. I will be back in the future.

No seats in the smoking room.
