Disappointed with communication
Pros:

The beds were comfortable
The room was clean

Cons:

The restaurant and bar area was closed and we weren’t notified before our stay, which was very disappointing as it was our last night in Tokyo and we’d only booked this hotel because of the bar and the restaurant as we had an early flight, so we the convenience of a nice hotel bar and restaurant so we didn’t have to wonder the streets looking.
If they had notified us prior to our stay, we would’ve looked elsewhere for a hotel.

Great, will stay again!
Pros:

I really enjoyed the stay at Nohga Hotel. The staff were excellent and the facilities were great!

Cons:

The restaurant was closed on Monday which I understand but because the restaurant was closed the hotel didn’t serve breakfast. I think it would be good if they had arranged for the breakfast to be served.

Above average hotel, nice location in anime district
Pros:

Location was good, staff was welcoming and the attached restaurant of good quality and convenient, especially if you arrive late and / or don’t feel like Japanese food (again).

Cons:

Rooms are super small. Felt a bit claustrophobic for us (180cm / 190cm), but hey, this is Tokyo.

Pros:

Great customer service. Love the amenities pack and the bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 10 months. Easy access to shops to trains
