Pros:

The room was nice, and atmosphere was nice.

Cons:

I paid through booking.com. I expected a amenities fee, and was told when I got there I owed $140, but when I looked at my account it was $194. Just a lot of confusion about the extra.

La chambre était de haute qualité, connectée et très confortable.

Cons:

Cet hôtel m'a prélevé une deuxième chambre alors que ma réservation était prépayée... quelle surprise de voir sur mon compte bancaire ce 2ème prélèvement ! J'essaye depuis de contacter le service client et le service comptable mais sans succès (plusieurs emails et messages vocaux laissés). Si je n'ai pas de retour sous peu, je prendrai des mesures légales pour obtenir droit et justification sur cet évènement déplorable. Une fraude... une arnaque... pas d'autres mots malheureusement...
