Love the convenience of it being right next to my concert
Pros:

The front desk staff Adria was amazing she answered a lot of questions and gave good recommendations

Cons:

The room was not clean I found candy laying all in the floor. There was no refrigerators in room but coolers there was no way to put ice in the coolers. The garbage can did not have bags. We went for a concert and when we got back at 11:00 everything was closed the bar the upstairs bar which we were told would be open until 4:00 a.m. we were told by other staff that if they were not busy that they would just shut down but when you're there for a Lady Gaga concert and you come back you would think there would be somewheres to get a drink or a meal for the only thing you could get was snacks from the front desk

Stay was great, easy check in and out

Cons:

Gentleman knocked at the door befire 10 am (do not disturb on the door) to ask if our room was ready. He was super nice, but I could have done without the disruption.
