Wonderful hotel with the best staff members
Pros:

Excellent location if you are visiting the Mercedes stadium. The rooms are huge and the friendliest staff members.

Cons:

Not specific to this hotel, but I don't think guests should pay for parking.

Over all, very good. Except the misquoted parking cost and no coffee machine.
Pros:

3-4 years in a row I have stayed her for a soccer game. The staff, atmosphere and guest interaction has always been great.... even for us away team fans.

Cons:

I was told my parking (self parked) for one night would be $30. It was $53 on my bill and our coffee machine did not work.

It was vibe everybody’s was chill and nasty! Drinks was good

Cons:

I didnt like the outside elevator it had very bad smell and than like the floor we was on I didn’t like how the chair is over there by ice it give that area a bad smell

Beautiful Hotel & Really Close to Mercedes Benz for a Concert.

Cons:

Check in took 1 hour to get into our Room! Sent us to room & key cards didn’t work (back downstairs) given new keys after another wait, Key worked but Someone else was already in the Room with Luggage (we immediately exited). Back downstairs with luggage this time! Waiting again as lady who assisted us was basically ignored us and tried handing us off to someone else! Poor Training! Next Supervisor saw she had written Wrong Room # on our Card! Very Aggravating to say the least. Room was Awesome once we Finally got into Our Room!!!

Stones throw from stadium but infuriating check in process
Pros:

Right across the street from Atlanta's Mercedes Benz stadium, you cannot get better access to the venue. For this convenience alone this hotel is worth the price. Beds are comfy, rooms are modern. Staff is friendly. Valets are wonderful

Cons:

Check in remains one of the worst experiences, and this was my fourth stay in the past five years. I travel extensively internationally, to numerous continents, and have never encountered such a terrible check in process. No front desk exists, there is a check-in kiosk, and not one of the four times I've checked in has it ever worked correctly. I had already paid via booking.com and when I checked in at the kiosk it attempted to charge me the entire stay again! A poor worker had to spend at least five minutes on her own machine fixing the situation. I was not alone. By the time I was done there was a line of people behind me with a myriad of check-in problems just like every other time I've stayed here. Reverb wants to be hip and cool, but their technology is just sub par. I can't believe after six years of existence they haven't fixed the issue. Also, the rooms are becoming haggard with sunshades that are frayed and off the rack and cushions that are torn. Bathroom doors do not close---and there are no locks to keep them shut.

Pros:

Hotel was very convenient for our concert at Mercedes Benz Stadium but there was nothing that stood out for the price of the room for one night.

Great Value, perfect location, and always great service!
Pros:

This is the second time I've stayed here. The staff is always great. Facility is always clean, breakfast was good. This time there was a breakfast buffet, that was realy very good, and not outrageously priced. Last time we had to order off the menu, which wasn't bad, but the buffet was better!

Cons:

The lobby was a little loud in the afternoon, but there were 2 different "events" going on. This is me being nit-picky...not terrible.

Don’t waist your time
Pros:

Way overpriced. When you spend 450.00 a night you should not have to pay an extra 10.00 a night to use a cooled pull drawer they refer to as a refrigerator. There is nothing special about the room. It was supposed to be a superior high rise .. we are on the 7th floor. It is located about half the height. Not a high rise room. It was clean but many hotels are and not 450 a night. Will never stay at another one.

Overall we enjoyed the music and culture throughout the hotel.
Pros:

I wanted to personalize my room for husband’s birthday. The staff made sure the room was completed upon check-in. All the staff was nice and very friendly.

Cons:

If you are staying and there is an event nearby expect the roads to be closed and having no access of getting back to the hotel until traffic is clear. We drove around and around at least 30 minutes until we could get back to the hotel. We literally had to beg a cop to open the road so we could get to the hotel since it was a game in the dome ughhhhh so annoying
