Great service TONY
Pros:

Stayed here in July and the place was fantastic. Come in again for another soccer game and got a flat tire right before pulling in. TONY was amazing and helped me as a solo female traveler change my tire and make sure I was safe. I will be back! Thank.you Tony!!!!

Enjoyable stay, lovely helpful staff, very convenient to concert/sports venues.
Pros:

The staff, and security guard, were the friendliest folks, so welcoming.
Location to SFA for the concert was perfect.
Decor and lighting was more enjoyable than standard hotel.
Very enjoyable experience.

Cons:

Didn’t like little signs everywhere telling me I’m paying 25% service fee on everything food and drink. I tip well, but I don’t like being told I have no choice.
I think I should be able to roll out of bed go down to the lobby and get a cup of coffee on the house but no, you have to buy one and also pay that 25% on top.
That part is not welcoming to me.

Room was great. Facilities need a lot of work

Pretty place. Nice rooms

Cons:

Scenery around the hotel is hideous, no good picture spots. No pool or hot tub. We were told different times about the bar on the 11th floor but was never open any time we checked. Paying extra to park at a hotel you’re already paying for is inconvenient and a money grab.
