Pros:

We are family of 5, took the 3 br apartment.

The complex has many shops around and it is 5 minutes walk from a huge mall.

The agent is super responsive in WhatsApp and very kind and helpful.

Gym is ok, pool is very large.
Kitchen is reasonably equipped.
Laundry machine is there, no dryer.

We had a very good time.
If this is your first trip to hcmc then take into consideration that the location is far from the main city attractions (30-40 minutes drive).

For us it was the second visit, so it gave us the chance to explore other sides of the city.

매니저와 소통은 잘되었으나, 체크인 시간이 지났음에도 청소중이었는데 잘 되어 있지도 않은.. 청소상태 너무 별로 였고 침대 시트도 배게 커버도 우리가 직접 했음.. 체크인 후에도 세탁기는 돌아가고있는데 직접 널으라고 했음.. 4박 예약 하고 3박 겨우 지내다 체크아웃 해버림. 그나마 매니저와 소통은 빨리빨리 되었음.

Pros:

Check-in was a bit problematic. It appears they were not expecting us and after much confusion, kerfuffle and 20 minutes later it was resolved. The apartment itself is reasonable and fairly modern and well maintained. The beds are rock hard though making for uncomfortable sleeping. We couldn’t get the TV to work and took too long for the water pressure in the shower to come right. For the price, it’s a little below average and we will not be staying here again.

다섯명이 함께 지낼 수 있어서 호텔에 비해 편리성이 높았으며, 수영장, 휘트니스클럽 등 편의시설이 좋았다. 또한 아파트 입구에서 바로 택시를 탈수있는 등 교통도 좋았다.

Mr Nguyen has been extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs. From day 1 he has stayed in touch to make sure I have everything I need.

We have a nice view if the Crescent Mall and the facilities here are excellent. Two swimming pools, splash park and playground for my daughter; exercise facilities. Two stores on site and a restaurant. Being so close to the Crescent Mall is nice with some very good restaurants there and shopping if you want

On site area to catch a cab, security is good, people here are friendly.

I extended my stay here another two weeks
