The hotel double charged me. My bookings were paid in advance through booking.com, however at the time of checkin the hotel staff asked for credit card details for add-ons. At the time of checkout they charged me for stay, which ai brought to their notice immediately. I was assured by staff and by front office manager Mr Michael that my money would be refunded back. I got email from them stating the same. However till date my refund is awaited, It's been more than two months and the hotel staff as well as manager has stopped responding to my emails. Requesting booking.com to take appropriate action action against the hotel.

Breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and everyone was friendly. Love how there is a convenience store in walking distance as well. Mexican restaurant nearby was awesome.

Cons:

I was told I could get a late checkout, but the day I was supposed to leave they told me it wasn't possible... So ended up working in the hotel lobby which did not sit well with me. Also had difficulty connecting to WIFI via tv for Amazon Firestick. Didn't end up using it.

I was in town visiting family so the location was good. Not far from the outlet, restaurants, other shops, and about an 8 min drive to where my family lives

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.
