A Home Away From Home
Pros:

This was the first time I've ever experienced a stay where I never checked in with someone. I was uncertain how the experience would be, but the moment I checked into the apartment, I was messaged to reach out whenever I needed something. Whenever something came up, I had a response almost immediately. It was really awesome!
I also loved that there was a washer and dryer with a single load's worth of detergent. Traveling can be tiring so it was fantastic that we were able to leave with a suitcase full of cleaned clothes!

Cons:

There were some places where the apartment needed some TLC. The doors, baseboards, walls and the rugs looked dirty.
The blinds did not block out enough light in the rooms. Some blackout curtains would have been nice.

Pros:

The location is great. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and getting to SEPTA is simple if you want to get other places in the city. Beds were very comfortable. The staff very kindly upgraded us to a bigger room when our first one was unavailable due to maintenance and were very easy to get in touch with through the whole trip.

Cons:

It would be nice if the kitchen had some general long-lasting staples (cooking oil, salt and pepper, other basic spices, etc.).

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the building is very accommodating, and it’s easy to access. We love that it’s close to all
Pros:

I like the location, it has several food options nearby which we appreciate and is close to multiple coffee shops which was a plus. It’s also very convenient if you are hanging near spruce street harbor or even going to center city. Parking sucks, but on some days we got lucky and we save on the additional parking charge, so to us it worth the walk.

Cons:

Overall we enjoyed our stay, we have stayed twice. First time in a two bedroom towards the front of the building. Second was a one bedroom towards the back. We didn’t like how loud the train was, the sound kept waking our toddlers. Next time I’ll be requesting a front room or booking a two bedroom again.

Good location in a trendy neighborhood
Pros:

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

Extremely loud, AC super loud and we could hear a lot o noise coming from outside ( conversations, car engine). Really bad acoustic isolation

​Super Lage und toller Service!
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super. Wenn es Probleme gab, hat das Personal sofort reagiert und geholfen. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Strassenlärm, aber dafür können die Gastgeber ja nichts. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!

Great location, good price, nice apartment with a couple small quibbles.
Pros:

The location was great, accessing the building and apartment was easy, and having a kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet was awesome. We loved the large windows and the dishwasher would be super helpful for a longer stay than ours was.

Cons:

Our apartment was on the back side of the building, which faces the train tracks. It didn't bother us much, but sensitive sleepers should be aware. The AC, while effective, was *very* loud.

Clean, Bright, Easy to Access and Amazing Location.
Pros:

Extremely clean place with all white linens and towels. Entire apartment building and unit are exquisitely clean, coming from a very picky OCD traveler. Location is impeccable, as a former Philly resident. Our stay felt like a hotel stay but with more space and super easy free parking on the block over. 10/10 would recommend and will probably be back.

Excellent value, definitely will stay again!
Pros:

The location was perfect for where we needed to be. Easy to get to, and easy to get in w/ the access codes. The building was clean and welcoming, and so quiet! The apartment itself was a nice size, had more than expected in the kitchen - a tea kettle (YAY!), coffee maker, a few glasses/mugs/plates/cutlery, a couple of skillets and pans, knives, serving spoons. Full refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Minimally but nicely decorated. The rental company/management was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby, safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town visiting family.

Cons:

We were very happy with our stay. There was a barstool chair with a loose seat, but we mentioned it to the rental company and they offered to fix it next day. But it didn't impact our stay at all, there was plenty of seating otherwise.
