Everything things were very different and fantastic

The unit was indeed a full apartment. Fantastic kitchen, two bedrooms, laundry, etc. It was all there. Clean as a whistle and amazingly easy to access from the street. Perfect sized unit for a solo traveler, couple or small family. It is 2 or 3 blocks from the train, which opens up the entire city to you. But you may just want to stay put and enjoy Fishtown. There are so many restaurants, clubs, bars, etc. within walking distance. Right across the street is an amazing pizza joint. Within a small walk are local joints, national chains and everyting in between. And the roof! Go up there at sunset and just enjoy watching the city slip into nighttime.
There is the street noise. Being three floors off the street, you hear pretty much everything. Conversations, car engines, emergency vehicles, car horns, AND everyones favorite music. Every evening I was treated to a cornucopia of musical tastes. Cars will drive by sharing their favorite song with you and the rest of the street AT FULL BLAST. Early 90s dance music? Check. So So Def All Stars greatest hits? Check. Jay Z? Madonna? Other rap artists I have never heard before? Check, check and check! It does lend to the in-town vibe of the apartment. But, while the apartment building "quit time" starts at 10 - that certainly does not apply to the music coming from the streets below! :)
The property is in a well-maintained building in Fishtown, a trendy Philly neighborhood. The unit itself was pretty clean and comfortable.
There was nothing I disliked but I would say it was pretty no-frills. Not luxurious but fine for a fun weekend visit.
We enjoyed the space, the kitchen was very nice, and the bathrooms were a good size.
The beds weren't thar comfortable, but overall the rooms were nice.
Couldn’t stay at the property due to lack of parking and no nearby parking. Very unfortunate that it isn’t specified clearer about the no parking situation. Staff utterly useless. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Great little apartment with a Balcony in the Fish Town area Near the Filmore where we saw a great show. Stayed very comfortably for two nights.
Lots of space, great equipment. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. Property management was prompt and helpful.
Issues with other tenants mostly. Every other time we used the elevator for the entire it smelt strongly of weed. Very nauseating. There were lots of incidents with shouting in the first few days. We were in the room next to the elevator so there was consistent shouting directly outside our door. I had to reach out to property management to have them remind the other guests of the quiet hour policy, though thankfully it helped.
Apartment was spacious. Bed was very comfortable.
Cleanliness could have been better in the bathrooms and sofa needed deep cleaning. Street noise at night. Apartment needs a fresh coat of paint.

Parking I was ticketed twice in one night parked in the same spot and the elevator keep getting stuck and out of order. My bad knee wasn't happy at all.
