Great little apartment with a Balcony in the Fish Town area Near the Filmore where we saw a great show. Stayed very comfortably for two nights.
Apartment was spacious. Bed was very comfortable.
Cleanliness could have been better in the bathrooms and sofa needed deep cleaning. Street noise at night. Apartment needs a fresh coat of paint.
Lots of space, great equipment. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. Property management was prompt and helpful.
Issues with other tenants mostly. Every other time we used the elevator for the entire it smelt strongly of weed. Very nauseating. There were lots of incidents with shouting in the first few days. We were in the room next to the elevator so there was consistent shouting directly outside our door. I had to reach out to property management to have them remind the other guests of the quiet hour policy, though thankfully it helped.
Location and ease of access and secure facility
The bull out couch bedding was not cleaned or changed.
The property is always clean and up to date
Nothing
Location is great, the property is large, clean, new fittings.
They message you *constantly*, it's a lot!
It's located near everything you need and cozy apt has everything you need.
Parking I was ticketed twice in one night parked in the same spot and the elevator keep getting stuck and out of order. My bad knee wasn't happy at all.
Very comfortable, great location.
No parking
Location good in FIshtown, restaurants nearby. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Secure and very quiet building.
Only street parking (this was expected though), and there is an elevated train that ran by behind building about a block away. Our unit was rear of building so noise probably worse than others, but not too bad. Train did not run between 11pm and 5am, so that was good.
Excellent accommodations, unit had everything you need.
Great Location in Fishtown.
easy check in/check out.
Will definitely visit again.
The only thing is the proximity to the train.
But it didn't disrupt our sleep, so not a big deal.
Todo muy bonito
First and foremost, the property management’s communication was fantastic - before, during, and after the stay. Three cheers!
The property is a nice size in a vibrant area, walkable to the EL, plenty of bars/restaurants, and the ACME (IYKYK).
The bedroom gets lots of sunlight, and the bed is super-comfortable.
The key code access is convenient, and the WiFi is strong — great for virtual work and video calls.
It’s functional, but a little… sparse? Mostly bare walls, very little personality; for instance: no vanity lights in the bathroom, no pillows on the sofa. The bedside lamps are immovable, so you can’t read in bed. 🥺 Also, the HVAC is LOUD like a wind tunnel (though I like white noise, so it didn’t bother me).
The following were not deal-breakers for us, but worth mentioning for guests who are unfamiliar with the city:
* the neighborhood is in transition, which means there is quite a bit of construction going on. From the unit, you can’t hear any noise; however, nearby streets/sidewalks are often closed off.
* the property is right next to the elevated train line, and from the bedroom you can hear the rush of the train every 10 minutes or so. I ❤️ the sound of the train, so I was happy…
just want other guests to have the heads-up.
* Street parking is nearly nonexistent. During our three nights there we never saw an empty parking spot. There is a very convenient paid-parking lot nearby,
$40/night.
