Pros:

Location is clean, dinner and lunch are good, nothing to complain. Location no reference.

Cons:

Room was noisy, to close to elevator and stairs. Bed sometimes hard or soft, did not find ar room with the perfect matras.

Heerlijk genieten van alles wat hotel Am Wasserfall te bieden heeft.
Pros:

Het hotel heeft veel te bieden. De ligging is mooi en het is leuk wandelen. Voor het eten hoef je het hotel niet uit. het restaurant heeft ruime keus net als het ontbijt. En het is heerlijk vertoeven in de sauna en het zwembad.

Hôtel comfortable avec peu de charme dans environnement sympathique.
Pros:

Très bon sans être exceptionnel. le yaourt n'a pas bon goût.

Cons:

Surveillance caméra de la piscine pour éviter noyade. Beaucoup de vielles personnes présentes par moment.

De kamer was fris, schoon en comfortabel. De ligging van het hotel, tussen rivier en kanaal bijzonder. Het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Avondeten goed. En dat alles heel betaalbaar.

Kort maar prachtig verblijf aan de Ems.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie. Hele mooie ruime kamer. Alles erop en eraan. Goed bed, veel ramen die op kiepstand kunnen voor frisse lucht. Parkeren lekker ruim en veilig. Hele aardige mensen. Prachtige ontbijtzaal. Heerlijk ontbijt, aanrader is de Rote Grutze over de joghurt.

Die tolle Lage auf der Halbinsel.

Das Personal ist reserviert freundlich. Gäste mit Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten sollten darauf vorbereitet sein, dass sie sich selber versorgen müssen. Obwohl vorher telefonisch lactosefreie Milch erfragt wurde, mit dem Hinweis, dass Hafer-/ Soja-/ Mandelmilch leider auch nicht möglich ist, wurde lactosefreie Milch zugesagt. Leider war dann doch keine vorhanden, erneute Nachfrage: man wolle sich kümmern, am 2.Tag gab es leider wieder keine. Für die nächsten beiden Tage habe ich mich dann selbst versorgt. Schade

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Für 102 € pro Nacht hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das uns zunächst zugewiesene Zimmer wirkte dunkel, bedrückend und wenig einladend. Die Einrichtung war altmodisch, und der Blick aus dem Fenster ging unmittelbar auf ein Flachdach mit großen Lüftungskanälen, technischen Anlagen und einem Schornstein. Von einer angenehmen Aussicht konnte aus unserer Sicht keine Rede sein.

Wir baten an der Rezeption zweimal höflich um einen Zimmerwechsel. Beide Male wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Erst nach einer schriftlichen Beschwerde bei der Hotelleitung wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten – allerdings gegen einen Aufpreis von 8 € pro Nacht.

Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir, dass für eine aus unserer Sicht angemessene Alternative zusätzliche Kosten verlangt wurden.

Insgesamt empfanden wir den Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde als wenig kundenorientiert. Für einen Zimmerpreis von 102 € pro Nacht hatten wir hinsichtlich Zimmerqualität und Service wesentlich höhere Erwartungen.

Für uns ein enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
