Very close to abysmal.
Pros:

This place is very basic. It is a Working Man’s Club. It smells heavily of old beer and cigarette smoke. Our room was very basic. No mugs or coffee until I asked. 1 toilet roll. No tissues. Banging all night. Fan didn’t work in Bathroom. You gets what you pay for and you don’t pay much.

Almost everything.

Inch thick dust on TV
What looked like condensation on the tv screen
Bogies wiped on the wall art
Bar shut at 03am = loud music and people
Being in room next to car park door meant that i heard every slam all night

Amazing staff, they all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious 10/1
