Very comfortable room , free easy parking , cheap bar and clean
Pros:

Super room with great heating and hot water , this is my second time staying here and everyone is very friendly. The room is bigger than usual , spotlessly clean with a kettle and coffee tea sachets and fabulous soft towels . The owners have really succeeded in kitting out the bedrooms well and the bed linen feels of high quality but with an overall budget price . I would happily return again

Cons:

There is a bar and a function room in the hotel which on this occasion ( friday ) I could hear in my room but wasn’t intrusive unless your a light sleeper and it doesn’t go on late -bring earplugs if your a sensitive to karaoke ( but it was quite entertaining hearing Blondie being annihilated )

Cons:

Firstly the toilet was horrible not clean at all got up the next morning to leave early to be told we wasn’t allowed as the pub wasn’t open yet so they wouldn’t let us leave wouldn’t stay again.

Absolutely NOTHING we only made it to the carpark, not inviting at all with some dodgy looking characters around! Did not feel safe so DROVE STRAIGHT OUT AGAIN & had to stay elsewhere!!!!

it is what it is, you get what you get, comfy and clean..staff very good
Pros:

it is alway comfortable, friendly..the lady who cooks and serves breakfast is excellent. Some people have missed the premises which is a shame but the hotel rooms are always good, stayed here many times
