Pros:

The location wasn’t far from Baş Çarşı. However my mom wasn’t able to climb the hill, we had to take a taxi.

Cons:

Although I booked two single beds, they gave me one double bed. The bedroom door was very hard to open and close; we had to use a lot of force, which was a challenge. They did not clean our room or even take out the trash, and we had to ask for clean towels. We were staying on the first floor, so it was very noisy because people at reception were chatting and the noise came up to us. I could not sleep and had to warn them. The lady serving breakfast was very rude. Breakfast was okay, but they charged for coffee. Overall, I would give it 2 stars, but I am giving 4 because two of the receptionists were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. However, the hotel is not worth staying at and is not a 4-star hotel.

Pros:

perfect location and a short walk to Latin Bridge . The Hotel is in a quiet street and appears to have enjoyed recent refurbishment. The decor and style are modern and sleek, crockery at breakfast was clean and modern.
Having a fridge and sink in the bedroom was a perfect added bonus in this weather! we had access to many TV channels and watched England vs Mexico ;) the guys on reception were super helpful with our early arrival - and breakfast staff very friendly too!
