It should have a maximum of 2 stars! Absolutely not 4, it's a scam!
The hotel is dirty, the rooms are dark, there's no hot water, the shower water is dirty and smells like rot, the towels and sheets are all stained and torn, and there's no beach towel service. Stay away from this place and be wary of the positive reviews. There are many other 3-star hotels in Tulum that are much nicer and cleaner than this one!

La ubicación frente al mar

Cons:

El agua de la ducha y el baño era salada, las instalaciones estaban muy deterioradas, no había seguridad en las ventanas ni ningún tipo de traba, el olor a cloaca cada vez que usabas el baño. En general el alojamiento estaba súper deteriorado.

Pros:

Excellent place to stay in Tulum with supporting staff and well located in the party zone. The hotel has sun loungers and beach umbrellas you can use. The beach in-front of the hotel is amazing and crystal clear

Cons:

The hotel restaurant is expensive and the pool is not well conserved

What did you like?
Only the location in Tulum’s beach zone. The natural surroundings are beautiful, but the hotel’s condition completely overshadowed this. Unfortunately, nothing else.

Cons:

Room next to a constantly running generator — loud all night, sleep impossible. Strong mold odour; drains don’t work (water won’t drain); door can’t be properly closed/locked; grounds and path to the pool are unlit at night. Staff were very rude and unhelpful — they took photos of our family without permission and ignored our objections; reception is dirty with worn sofas; photos/description on Booking don’t match reality.

Great sea view, beach, big balcony. Nice personal, speaks English. Easy communication via WhatsApp. Parking available. Beautiful territory.

Cons:

Numbers could be better isolated. I had to spray against mosquitoes all the time, especially before going to bed. Unfortunately, bugs and mosquitos are easily getting to the room. We also had a big tropical cockroach. In addition, the roof is slightly leaking if it’s raining.

My overall stay was good staff was amazing they went out the way to make the room amazing for my bday and I truly loved
Pros:

The property gave cozy jungle vibes very private and quiet.. very family oriented and dog friendly

Cons:

Small pool area.. first morning breakfast wasn’t available during the time we were told so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy breakfast until our 2nd to last day of staying

Last day sunday had a young server really prepotente yell at me. Told his supervisor that this young man shouldn’t be working there with the way he treats people. No respect class.

El lugar superó mis expectativas, tuvimos muy buena atención, el personal súper amable, y los costos bastante bien para la zona en la que está, definitivamente lo recomiendo mucho, y volvería sin dudarlo, es un gran lugar.
