Location and amenities perfect! The only issue I encountered during my stay was the consistent absence of soap in the dispenser. Ensuring it’s regularly refilled would greatly improve the overall guest experience. I stayed in an apartment that featured a washing machine, stove, and sink in the kitchen area. Providing cleaning and washing supplies would further enhance the convenience and value of this space for guests. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant!
Ok
Room was
Good location
Pure scam!!
We were a family of 8 who booked this hotel from Booking.com at the end of December 2025.
We were delayed at the airport and called to be transferred to the hotel. After arriving at the hotel, no one answered and the hotel reservationist said it had nothing to do with us. After about half an hour, someone came and said, "Here are your room cards." He didn't talk about breakfast or anything else.
Excellent!
We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience we have ever had. Honestly, it doesn’t even meet the standards of a one-star hotel.
The lobby and rooms are filled with an extremely unpleasant odor that never goes away. The staff have almost no knowledge of English, which makes communication very difficult. Cleanliness is extremely poor — the rooms are not well maintained at all.
Something as simple as asking for a box of tissues became frustrating; I had to call reception three times, and they still did not care to provide it. There were no basic amenities such as toiletries, dental kits, or even tea bags in the room. The safe box wasn’t available either.
Overall, it felt like the management simply does not care about guests’ comfort. Please don’t waste your money here — there are much better options around that can make your trip memorable for the right reasons, not the wrong ones.
Great location, but the hotel is dirty.
Location:very good
Cleanness:very good

This hotel is a very impressive landmark building in Batumi, we had a good apartment with fantastic panoramic views on the 36th floor. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very busy with loads of people around, many dishes available however I only liked the omelette, the quality of breads needs improving above cheap supermarket types. Unfortunately my son picked up a stomach bug from breakfast which resulted in severe vomiting several times. The hotel reception staff were nice, in particular woudl like to mention Megi who helped us with info where to park downstairs and was generally friendly. Overall would recommend this hotel as a good value for money option in Batumi.
The room and stay were very comfortable, but the check-in process took a very long time. The front desk staff was unfriendly and rude.
We stayed 7 nights at alliance palace, from the moment we stepped foot there was a bad smell of sewage, the check in took too long and most of staff can barely speak English.
We were given a different room than the one we booked and the surprise was when we opened the bathroom door it was UNBEARABLE!!! Nasty sewage smell was all over the place
We wanted to complain but the phone wasn’t working so my husband had to go all the way down to the reception…
We changed the room and it was all fine, view was very beautiful, the sewage smell was still these but less intense
The cleaners most of the times only do the bed, and once we left the bathrobes on the floor so that they change them… they hanged them instead
The elevator is another ordeal tho too crowded
All in all they can do a lot better because the hotel is in great location
This has been my worst experience I've ever had.
I don't even know where to start..
First the check in is at 4pm... I have never in my entire life have I ever heard anything later than 3pm, which is still very rare.
Toilets smell so bad you're better off using a public toilets. Every morning when I went for a shower, it smelled of strong urine and poo.
They only have 5 lifts for such a massive building and it's always, always crowded. We were staying on a 36th floor. Some days it would take good 7 min to get up to our room as the lift would stop nearly on every floor...
They're asking for such price but parking is not included which is an absolute joke and it's quite expensive too.
Our electronic door lock stopped working so we lost half a day being locked in our room while so called "engineers" were trying to fix it.
Location is not the worst but whole view is ruined by massive buildings being under construction. Also the area is absolutely filthy!!
Do yourself a favour and stay in old batumi. A lot more modern, absolutely beautiful and a better crowd as well.
There is loud music coming from the nearby restaurants every evening until the early hours of the morning. It’s impossible to sleep — the noise is extremely disturbing and it’s truly a terrible experience."
I liked the closeness of everything around the hotel.
I had no phone to call the receptionist, I had no TV, the air conditioning was not working. I went down to the receptionist and complained. The sent the technician who was not able to fix every thing until 2 pm the next day. I asked for extra pillow, and hangers since there are no lace to hang you cloths. I didn’t get the pillow but I got the 4 hangers after 5 hours from our arrival even though I asked for it as soon as we got there.
Great apart-hotel..staff are helpful, rooms are big and spacious, location is convenient to walk almost everywhere, views are great if you take a higher room. Didn't try breakfast, so can't comment on that. Only downside is the wait time on elevators, other than that , overall a good stay, and would stay there again in future.
Great stay, welcoming staff, especially Mariam and Luca.
Busy hotel, great location, and close to most attractions, also has a great balcony view
The only problem is that it takes a long time to get your room at first.
I highly recommend it..
Stayed here for a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. Got a 1 bhk setup with a sofa bed in the living room. Everything g was very comfortable and clean. Loved having the kitchen and cutlery. The at Marriott had lots of variety and tasted great.
Only slight down side is that pool and spa is at the Marriott and paid.
Also a long walk to main sights like Ali and Nino statue etc.
I stayed in this hotel with the family. Very clean place with partial sea view. Location is convenient to almost all popular spots in Batumi. Highly recommend this place.
