Pros:

Ótimos funcionários, muito prestativos.

Cons:

Chuveiro não aquecia a água. Quarto sem escrivaninha com espaço suficiente para trabalhar. Hotel não aceita animais domésticos fazendo com que eu tivesse que procurar outro local para hospedar o pet.

Equipe atenciosa e simpáica, quartos novos, sem mofo, limpos e com roupa de cama e de banho também limpos. Colchão confortável e foram deixados 2 travesseiros por pessoa, o que é excelente para a comodidade. Café da manhã com bastante diversidade e com muitos itens saborosos

Cons:

Não houve nada que não agradou nessa estadia. No geral tudo estava bom e em ordem, com o quarto, atendimento e café da manhã. Como foi apenas uma estadia não há como ter certeza da manutenção da comodidade contínua, porém ao que tudo indica, ela se mantém com o tempo. Só o preço que poderia ser um pouco mais em conta, mas vejo como um problema em toda a cidade e rede hoteleira do país.
