Pros:

Были с маленькими детьми, чистота, порядок, соответствие цена качество. Завтрак в формате шведского стола, выбор достаточно хороший, у детей глаза разбежались! Расположение отеля очень удобно, чистый спальный район. Персонал очень вежливый! Очень понравилось нашей семье. Возможно летом ещё бассейн будет работать под открытым небом ( мы были ещё купальный сезон не начался)

Нам всё понравилось! Молодцы!

Номер хороший. Ванна огонь.
Pros:

Завтрак было достаточно хороший. Персонал приветливый. Номер чистый. Все на месте.

Мне не понравилось что многие посуды края сломаны. Можно разнообразить меню.

Все было сделано вежливо.

Cons:

Вместо большого двухместного номера с двуспальной кроватью заселили в маленький номер в котором было две односпальные кровати.
На вопрос где номер по моей брони ответили, что все занято. На вопрос когда освободится, (потому что приехал в 13.00), получил ответ, что больших номеров с двуспальной кроватью сегодня вообще не освободится ни одного.
Вслед за мной ещё одной паре тоже был предложен маленький номер в двумя односпалками вместо большого с двухспалкой по их брони.
У нас у всех возник вопрос:
Зачем тогда нужно подтверждение бронирования?
И куда смотрит Booking?
Цену пересчитать тоже никто не предложил.

Отличный отель, буду рад остановиться снова
Pros:

Всё понравилось. Персонал дружелюбный, лёгкий в общении. В отеле хороший ремонт, всё сделано со вкусом (фактурная стена на завтраке - прям вау! Смотри фото). Завтраки домашние, вкусные. Интернет стабильный, всё летало. Расположение - смотря что вам нужно в Ташкенте. Для меня, банковского туриста, расположение идеальное - в 10 минутах пешком расположены центральные отделения двух популярных банков. В остальном расположение тоже не могу назвать плохим - тут и рынок рядом, и несколько ресторанов с бомбическим пловом. От аэропорта 10 минут на такси.

Cons:

Я жил в комнате с мансардой. Сама по себе она прикольная, но из-за сложной формы окон на них были плотные шторы, которые невозможно было убрать. Из-за этого было темновато, плюс сложно добираться до окна, чтобы открыть его для проветривания. Если меня прочитают представители отеля - сделайте что-нибудь с плотными шторами в 301 номере ;)

接待我们的小伙人很好，会英文。回国后才发现我们落下了耳机，客服也尽力帮我们找，我觉得住在这里棒极了👍

早餐很丰富，最重要能自助，喜欢吃他的牛奶燕麦片。我住三层的房间，房间安静整洁，附近一公里内有超市，旁边有家bar，但在房里听不到嘈杂，作为塔什干的民宿性价比很高了

美中不足是厕所有滩水排不出去，提供的一次性拖鞋会弄湿，
