Отель находится в удобной локации в тихом районе. Минут 15-20 до метро, минут 10 до автобуса.
В номере аккуратно, для двоих он не маленький, приятный персонал в отеле, любые наши просьбы без проблем исполняли по возможности. Завтрак обычный, голодным не останешься: каши, яйца, йогурты, колбаса, сыры, овощи, фрукты.

Очень удобный отель для коротких поездок в Ташкент.
Pros:

Удобное местоположение. Спокойный тихий район. Неплохой шведский стол на завтрак. Отзывчивые, вежливые сотрудники. До аэропорта всего 7 минут на такси.

Pros:

酒店很贴心预留了1层很大的房间，但因为个人原因协商调整到了其他房间，前台的工作人员也耐心帮我们解决了，服务非常周到。

Okay for a short stay
Pros:

Good location - close to the train station and airport. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Really cool bar Joydaman right next to it.
Staff were available any time of the day and quite helpful.

Cons:

It’s dated. We had issues with door not closing (old electronic locks…), leaky bathtub and toilet.

We stayed on the ground level - I’d recommend avoiding it if you can. Reception is there and people coming and going at random times— noise travels terribly well. I couldn’t sleep.

Very average breakfast, cheap food, not tasty.

Card reader of course didn’t work so could only pay with cash. They accepted USD though.

Pros:

Спасибо большое персоналу за их заботу, менеджер Фахриддин написал подробную инструкцию как нам добраться из аэропорта, с ценами и ориентирами.
Отдыхали семьей из трех человек, отелем остались довольны.
Чисто, тихо, разнообразные завтраки
Спасибо большое еще раз за теплый прием.

Pros:

Изначально я забронировала другой отель, но буквально в последнюю минуту пришлось выбирать замену, и я очень рада, что получилось найти два номера в Ak Saray. Мы были там 2 ночи. Достаточно комфортно, уютно, замечательные люди работают, очень приветливые, отзывчивые и доброжелательные. Вокруг нет шума, спать было хорошо.
Все наши просьбы и запросы были быстро исполнены.
Приятный бонус - наличие бассейна (вода в нем холодная, но лично меня всё устроило).
В доступе питьевая вода, в жару это очень выручало.
Сам район тихий, спокойный, при этом за 10-20-30 минут можно во все стороны дойти до различных кафе, ресторанов.
Отель соответствует цене, и мы остались довольны своим пребыванием, спасибо за гостеприимство.

Cons:

Чисто технические моменты: посмотреть кондиционеры (шум/плохой обдув), душевые кабины (иногда подтекают), дверные замки. Немного душно в зоне завтрака.
Учтите, что до некоторых номеров нужно подниматься по лестнице.
