So bad we didn't even unpack. Terrible in every way
Pros:

When we entered the hotel, it was like being transported back to the 1970's and not in a good way.
Checked in by a surly woman, "floor 2" were her only words to us once checked in. Nice!
Anyway, we got to the room and it was so hot it was unbearable. We opened a window then tried to get the air-conditioning to work. We checked that the room had air conditioning before we booked. The unit wasn't working so I popped down stairs to chat to surly about it. She said there is no air-conditioning and fiddled with some buttons, whilst her cohort said to her sarcastically in Bulgarian, "open the window" I said the window was open but there was no air at all, it was completely stifling.
Then I had a look at the spare pillow, it was stained yellow so I checked the pillows on the bed which were also stained. No mattres protection and there was thick dust ever where.
Nasty wall lights and and over all feeling of death and decay.
We didn't stay although we had booked 3 nights. We didn't unpack, just booked another hotel and left.
The good reviews must be by friends and family as there's no way on God's green earth that any one would find this place acceptable.

Das Frühstück war schön angerichtet und die Dame im frühstücksbuffet war sehr nett. Allerdings hat man im Nachhinein erfahren dass das Frühstück extra kostet.

Cons:

Was soll ich anfangen? Ich bin geschäftlich sehr für den Bulgarien unterwegs und kenne die Hotels recht gut.
Das wichtigste in der heißesten Stadt von ganz Bulgarien an Ausstattung ist die Klimaanlage. Diese hat nicht (bzw. schlecht) funktioniert und ich schlief in einem Ofen. Die Rezeption und die Räumlichkeiten für das Personal waren perfekt klimatisiert. Dem Betreiber ist es wohl wichtiger, dass das Personal sich wohlfühlt.
Sogar die technischen Geräte waren alle überhitzt und ich musste sie im Kühlschrank lagern. Wir haben uns dann einen Ventilator gekauft.

Das Hotel hat ein großes insektenproblem. Sehr oft haben Grillen in den Lüftungsschächten die ganze Nacht musiziert. Der Balkon war voll mit spinnweben und Vogelkot. Hier wurde seit langer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt.

Nach ein paar Tagen habe ich erfahren, dass in der Buchung das Frühstück nicht inkludiert ist. Sie hatten mir wohl eine E-Mail geschrieben. In der booking App war ganz klar ein Frühstück inbegriffen. Ich persönlich mag überhaupt gar kein Frühstück ich war nur unten um einen Kaffee zu trinken.

Ich kann glaube ich behaupten dass dies das schlimmste Hotel war in dem ich je war.

Pros:

Стаята беше удобна с всичко нужно. Леглото беше удобно. Спирка наблизо . Близо до изхода на града. Намериха ни парко място ,въпреки че беше претоварено. Викаха ни таксита ,когато имахме нужда. Има асансьор. Климатикът работи постоянно -хубаво в жегите. Сградата и стаите са поддържани и чисти.

Cons:

Пореден хотел , в който изнасящите се гости сутрин не се замислят ,че някой може би още спи и вдигат шум. След това почистващият персонал започва да крещи по коридорите вместо да застане близо един до друг. Ще ми се да можех да спя толкова дълбоко ,че да не ме стряска. Не знам защо аз гледам да стигам до стаята си тихо. Щеше ми се да будя отпочинала .За кафе се ходи до машина ,ако не си се включил в закуската . Не пуска бъркалки и така учи на въображение,но поне кафето е вкусно. Малък избор на канали ,предимно турски.
