Yes, it is clean when you first check & walk into. The staff are pleasant

Cons:

I booked the place but no one seem to check the booking cause I was asked to pay for the March 24 even though I paid cash for March 23 in cash 1800 pesos then I booked for the date March 24 to 26 which means check out should be Thursday, to March 27, 2025 at 12, yet yesterday on March 26, the lady of the house asked me to pay for March 26 again. So now I think the owner needs to refund me for the 23rd & 26 of this month. The refund comes to a total of 3,600 pesos.

Pros:

Heater not working.
Completely disturbed throughout the night because you can clearly hear the loud noises of vehicles and chatters outside.
No slippers to use.
The overall make over of the room is not neat.
More of a boarding house than a hotel.
