The hotel is in a prime location and very near to all the main attraction areas e.g. confluence point, beach, rock view memorial jetty.

Cons:

The description of the room says sea view, but it is actually a common balcony in every floor where you can get the view. This is misleading.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. We got a nice, big room where our whole family (4 persons) could comfortably stay together, which was a big plus for us.
The staff gave us a very warm welcome and were extremely helpful. They suggested that we visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial on the same day, as the crowd was expected to increase the following day due to the holiday. This turned out to be very useful advice and saved us a lot of time.
The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The Sunrise View Point is within walking distance, and we could even see the Vivekananda Rock Memorial from our balcony. The view at night, with the lights, was especially beautiful.
One thing to keep in mind is that parking is very limited and is almost on the roadside. The cleanliness and maintenance of the blankets and door mats could be improved.
Apart from that, we enjoyed the room, helpful staff, beautiful view, and convenient location.
