Very friendly staff, run by a wonderful family.

Salle de bain sale, ni peignoir ni produits de toilette, chambre spacieuse mais vieille, avec vis à vis, mal équipée, décoration d'un autre temps de bric et de broc. Pas d'ascenceur. L'entrée se fait en passant par un dédale mal indiqué.
Cet endroit est glauque, pas du tout à la hauteur des prestations attendues par rapport au cout et surtout reçues ailleurs dans la région !
Malgré tout, le propriétaire est honnête, il nous a remboursé la deuxième nuit que nous avons refusé de passer.

The Thomaseth family were the perfect hosts on our trip to Casselrotto. They put a lot of pride into their hotel and service. The lunch and dinner were beautifully presented and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. The beds were so comfortable, I had one of the best nights sleep of the holiday. The setting is wonderful, nestled under the dramatic scenery of the Dolomites. It’s well positioned, close to the charming town of Casselrotto and is a golfer’s paradise. My husband and son enjoyed a round there, which was good value. Breakfast was great, and we would love to return one day. Grazie Mille.

Although the Golf Hotel Sonne predominantly caters to couples & groups on golfing holidays, Helmut & his staff made us ( a family of four on a walking holiday) feel very welcome. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent. They remembered our daughter by name and referred to as papa of xx and mama of xx — it was really cute. Clearly the draw of this hotel is golf but it’s a lovely and comfortable base of operations for non golfers too. The restaurant on site is so SO good. Even though our room was classified as non balcony, we we’re pleasantly surprised with a little private patio.

Compliments to Helmut and his whole team for such a high quality in service in general, fantastic breakfast and even more the dinner, welcome, and feel good for 8 nights. Also the direct access to the fantastic golf practice and the 18 holes golf course that is in a very good shape, is like being in paradise for a golfer.
We will come back for sure!

직원의 불친절함. 손님을 보고도 미소 한번 짓지 않는 직원. 체크아웃하고 나가는 손님에게 인사조차 하지 않는 직원..전체적으로 손님으로서 최소한의 대우도 받지 못 하는 느낌. 다시는 가고싶지 않은 숙소.

The hotel itself looks very nice from the outside, and the views from the dining area are very pretty. However, the rooms are very basic. Doesn’t seem much effort was put in. There is also no elevator so we had to walk up and down to our top floor room. Spa looks better in pictures. The staff also wasn’t very friendly, and one person in particular was downright rude. Would not stay here again.

Our first visit here but not the last.
We will return next year for another golf holiday.
We had an offer for three rounds of golf, three nights in the Hotel with halfboard.
We had a really nice room with a balcony that overlooked the golfcourse, hole 1 & 18 and the pracrice grounds.
We enjoyed every moment of our stay, the staff is so freindly and makes you fell very welcome and look after you from arrivel to departure.
The Hotel and the Golf is very well connected and their is a very good atmosphere and feeling from the members and it made me feel at home straight away.
There is a wellness department in the basement with sauna and steambath
and there is free water and tea for you to enjoy.
There are sunbeds outside and towels, and as the weather was really good during
our stay we were sunbathing every afternoon after our round of golf and lunch.
The breakfast was really good, startsfrm 07.30 am.
Juice, youghurt, fruit, cerial, boiled egg, various bread, rolls and cakes.
Cheese, ham, salumi and various jams all on a buffet for you to enjoy.
We loved it here.

Stayed here for a great ski holiday in January 2015. Very reasonably priced so hoped it was as great as the pictures looked. It was even better- one of the best places we have ever stayed. Amazing service, spotless, ambient and tasteful and to top it if you go half board the food is incredible. We were overwhelmed at how good- 4 courses a night of local a la carte dishes. Brilliant and will definitely go return. Great skiing too!

- location, right on a well-maintained golf course, excellent views all around. We took a few brochures to share with our family and friends at home as we definitely recommend this property
- we played 18 holes in the afternoon, the course is very nicely laid out with lots of elevation changes (which made for a great round)
- food was excellent as were the dining facilities. Breakfast and dinner were served inside the dining room which matched the simple modern elegance theme of the entire resort
- we especially liked the outdoor sitting area and bar. Very modern decor, very chic and comfortable
-WiFi was easily accessible by asking hotel staff for the password
- had a little bit of trouble finding the hotel reception desk, wandering around, even after asking at the golf reception until we eventually found what looked like an office.

Spent there a few days two weeks ago a was perfect. Small, nice, family hotel. Friendly staff and chief. Good food, silent, cleanly, small but comfort wellness center. Nice place. Good for winter holiday as well. 5 min to Alpe di Siusi Ski Resort. Only one minus found, wifi is only available in the bar. In digital times is it few. Will come back for golf in the summer.
