Excellent stay
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Seawater Hotel di Marsala e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è in una posizione ottima, molto vicina al centro, con un grande parcheggio gratuito davvero comodo per chi viaggia in auto.

Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile con noi e con la nostra bambina di 6 mesi, facendoci sentire a nostro agio durante tutto il soggiorno.

Abbiamo apprezzato anche il cibo, di ottima qualità. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina perché abbiamo soggiornato in inverno, ma l’abbiamo vista ed è un ambiente molto bello e curato.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole, lo consigliamo.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, abbiamo ricevuto un 'ottima accoglienza.lo consiglio vivamente
Pros:

Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità.Personale gentile e professionale. Camere confortevoli e molto pulite. Comodo il parcheggio accanto all'hotel. Dall'hotel si possono raggiungere facilmente i vari luoghi di interesse.

Struttura pulita, accogliente.

Cons:

Camera un po’ piccola; purtroppo il rumore della macchina si sentiva parecchio. Inoltre la luce del sensore all’interno della camera era fastidiosa. Nel complesso però è andata bene. Spero che questi suggerimenti possano servire per apportare migliorie.

Relaxing,the hotel so clean,wonderful staff and great food
Pros:

The Hotel staff were so kind ,food was delicious 5 star style,we left for 2 days to a different city ,we couldn't come back on the day we had planned, we called and they did not charge us for that day.

Cons:

Breakfast missed vegetables,maybe its normalin Italy would be nice to add some,for the rest everything was perfect

Nur mit Einschränkungen empfehlenswert
Pros:

Schön eingerichtetes großes Zimmer, die Sauberkeit. Großer Parkplatz.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt dezentral an einer Ausfallstraße.
Die Beschreibung des Zimmers mit Balkon und Poolblick empfanden wir als ziemlich irreführend. Man sieht direkt gegenüber nur andere Hotelzimmer. Einen schmalen Streifen vom Pool konnten wir nur beim Herantreten an das Balkongeländer sehen.
Am Boden des Pools lag Schmutz, so dass wir dort nicht schwimmen mochten.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, im Gegensatz zu den fünf anderen Hotels auf unserer Rundreise war das Buffet aber überschaubar und ohne Eierspeisen. Rührei war nur zu einem Aufpreis von € 6,- erhältlich.

Não recomendo mesmo! Ainda por cima o hotel fica ao lado da estrada, imenso barulho, obras ao lado

Péssimo. A experiência foi horrível. Por um erro da recepção tivemos que sair ao meio de um dia do quarto. A pesar de que tínhamos confirmado a nossa permanência logo de manhã.Não houve um pedido de desculpas que seria o mínimo exigido pela educação e profissionalismo. Imaginem que no meio de uma visita guiada pela cidade recebem telefonemas insistentes a decir que tínhamos que abandonar o hotel imediatamente.
Durante o pequeno-almoço tivemos que esperar pelis ovos solicitados 40 minutos! Ao que responderam que só estavam 2 pessoas… imais uma vez não houve um pedido de desculpas
