Good location and spacious place. It was clean and had everything we needed.
There was an issue with the reserved parking. Although parking was confirmed the parking was full by the time we arrived. The amount is being refunded but it's not easy to find affordable parking close by.
It’s close to the union station and other spots of Denver.
The parking permit is a bit of hassle. You need to go to your room to get it. And there’s no clear instruction about that. I wish they should’ve included that to the instruction ahead. We tried to get to the parking for an hour coz we had a big car and the parking permit cannot be sensed by the sensor to open the garage.
Everything is coded so you feel a bit safe.
I love everything about this place! Although I thought I was getting the rooms that had a balcany! But it was still excellent stay!
Everything was good no issues
I am writing to express my frustration with my recent stay.
When we arrived, the parking website would not work. I went inside for help, and the person at the front directed me to a poster and told me I had to call or text for information. They were unable to add parking to my room, even though I explained I was having issues paying online. I ultimately had to download a different internet browser just to make the parking system work.
I was also not told that I needed to go to another floor to pick up a parking pass. Because of this, when we left and returned, we were unable to get back into the garage and had to call customer service again. The customer service representatives were difficult to understand, which made the situation even more frustrating.
In addition to the parking problems, the room did not have a blow dryer, so I had to go out with wet hair. I also received an overwhelming number of emails with different access codes, making it very irritating to locate the correct one whenever I needed it.
This property does not operate like a hotel. There is no accessible front desk where guests can easily get help when problems arise. Due to these issues, I will not be staying here again.
Great location - perfect downtown area with easy access to the stadiums, restaurants, and public transportation. Take the train from the airport and save enough to have a nice dinner.
Also, this is a full apartment so plenty of space, full kitchen and the building has a great rooftop area. Plus a nice workout facility.
Location downtown
Access was confusing
Upon my arrival, the staff was very unhelpful and not knowledgeable. I reserved the suite for my bridal party to get ready and we asked for more towels and were on hold for 20min before women could help us. I had a group try to access the elevator, using the code we were given and they were unable to get on the elevator, we had to come down and get them but only one elevator was working, so it took forever for them to get back. Upon leaving, I waited for 35minutes trying to get my car because we were told we parked in the wrong garage. When we stated the pass that was given to opened the garage and the fob allowed us to access the garage we just couldn’t get my car out, we were told we parked in the wrong place and there was nothing that could be done. It wasn’t until I said I was getting married and was already late that the front desk staff helped us get my car. The entire experience was awful and I would not recommend until better staff were employed and trained on how to help guests
Getting in is very confusing. The actual place is nice but you are only given a code for the room and outside door. The elevator also requires a code and we had to reach out to customer service to get that after trying the codes we were given and getting stuck in the elevator.
We didn't see they 2 keys fobs that we were supposed to have so going up the elevator was difficult everytime
What a great apartment, right in the heart of the city. Great spot outside to stop your car and move your suitcases into the lobby for storing until check out. We decided to park elsewhere, just down the street as we didn’t need the car whilst we were staying there. Check in was super easy and codes were sent ready for us when we arrived. The apartment itself, wow. We had a Mountain View double apartment and it was spot on. Everything you need including a gigantic walk through closet, huge bathroom, well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with a balcony overlooking the mountains and views of the stadium and city. Rooftop was a great addition. Even the coffee and dog treats in the lobby!

Its convenience location and cleanliness
Nothing
Mint House is a good location for visiting Denver. Units were nice sized with good views. Customer service was responsive, but having to call them numerous times was tedious. I would stay again if they do some remodeling..get rid of the old, dirty beat up carpeting, in both the units and hallways. Elevators are troublesome. It’s showing a LOT of wear and tear.
We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Great location for shopping and restaurants, which were in walking distance.
When we first arrived, the code to our unit did not work so we were on the phone with your staff for about 30 minutes while we stood in the hallway. Finally she decided to put us in another unit, which was very nice and ckean.
Great location and the apartment was clean
had to call Minthouse to get front door entry code due to making the reservation on Booking.com
It was very comfortable and stylish. Excellent location for us.
Noisy weekend partiers late at night.
