Lo que más destacaría del hotel es la atención del personal, especialmente las recepcionistas, quienes siempre fueron muy amables, atentas y con una excelente disposición para ayudar. Desde nuestra llegada tuvimos una muy buena acogida. También valoramos mucho que nos permitieran guardar nuestras maletas durante nuestra estadía en el crucero, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra organización del viaje.

Durante nuestra primera estadía tuvimos una habitación muy cómoda, tranquila y con una apariencia más renovada. Además, al comentarles que el desayuno era demasiado enfocado en comida asiática, tomaron nuestro feedback de buena manera y, cuando regresamos, nos explicaron que habían incorporado otras opciones, demostrando preocupación por la experiencia de sus huéspedes.

Otro punto positivo es la vista del Sky Bar, ya que tiene una panorámica muy bonita del lago y es un lugar agradable para disfrutar del paisaje.

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia cambió bastante entre la primera y la segunda estadía. Al inicio tuvimos una habitación más moderna, cómoda y silenciosa, pero al regresar del crucero nos asignaron una habitación mucho más antigua, oscura y ubicada al lado del ascensor. Esto generaba bastante ruido durante el día y la noche, afectando el descanso. También notamos que el baño tenía señales de humedad y hongos, y en general la habitación se veía menos cuidada.

Respecto al desayuno, si bien agradecemos que hayan escuchado nuestro comentario y agregado nuevas alternativas, inicialmente era muy orientado al público asiático, por lo que para viajeros occidentales es muy limitado.

En relación al Sky Bar, aunque la vista es muy bonita, el acceso fue un punto negativo. Para llegar hay que subir una escalera muy oscura, con poca iluminación y sin suficiente señalización, lo que nos pareció incómodo e incluso poco seguro. Además, los tragos no cumplieron nuestras expectativas, por lo que decidimos visitarlo solo una vez.

En general, el hotel tiene puntos muy positivos, principalmente por su personal y ubicación, pero la diferencia entre las habitaciones hizo que nuestra impresión final fuera menos favorable.

Wat een heerlijk verblijft in dit hotel, waar we super gastvrij werden behandeld. De lokatie is top aan het meer, maar 200 meter lopen. Direct de kleine straatjes van de oude stad in. Super centraal gelegen met een luxe behandeling in het hotel.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at La sinfonia. The ambience was lovely, and the property was exceptionally well-maintained. The location was perfect and made it very convenient to explore old quater.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. What truly stood out was the amazingly supportive staff, who were always helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of packing breakfast for all of us when we had to leave early for our trip to Ninh Binh. It reflected the hotel's excellent hospitality and care for its guests.

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
