僕の部屋だけ、カードキーが上手く反応しなくて、毎回ドアと戦っていた。
向かいの部屋の人も大変そうだった。それ以外は素敵でしたよ。

2階の窓なしの部屋に泊まりました。十分広く、バスルームも清潔でした。

一番のポイントはロケーションだと思います。旧市街とホアンキム湖の間にあり、歩いて観光するのにとても便利でした。暑いベトナムでご飯を食べたり観光に数時間歩いて、疲れたらとりあえずホテルで休憩できます。道路を挟んだ向かいの角にジュース屋さんがあり、フレッシュジュースを買ってホテルに戻るのが定番でした。

An oasis in Hanoi
Pros:

We spent a few days in Hanoi in between trips to other places and stayed at La Sinfonia Magesty twice. It's an oasis of calm in the frenetic, loud energy of the old quarter. The staff is wonderful--thank you especially to Lam Le, who not only recommended a good restaurant nearby, but walked us to it, threading our way through traffic, vendors, and motorbikes parked on the street. The front desk staff also upgraded our room (twice. thank you). Rooms were very nice, great, comfortable bed and hot water pressure –– a real pleasure. You're in walking distance to many parts of Hanoi--the lake, museums, a huge array of street food, shops and vendors--and right near the original egg coffee cafe. We enjoyed good breakfasts and drinks with a view on the rooftop. The day we left we had wonderful massages at the spa. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good spot to stay in Hanoi.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful with a good communication.
Clean & sufficient space.
Most of the hotel has problems such as hot water, flushing or leakage in washroom. But this hotel did not have such problems and it is remarkable.
They also listen my comments about the noise coming from the machine outside randomly and provide me solutions. It is very surprising.
Lastly, would like recommend this hotel to provide more hot food choices in the skybar. Because sometimes would like to enjoy the drinks and food with a beautiful view bar. Also the price is a bit higher than others.
I’m the frequency traveller and I bookmark this hotel.

Super Staff during Super Typhoon!
Pros:

This boutique hotel was situated in a prime location of Old Quarter. There were great restaurants and stores in every direction, all within a half mile.
While we were there, a Super Typhoon slammed Hanoi. The hotel staff stayed with guests, and we didn't lose power or water.
Everyone from the guest relations manager and front desk staff, to the maids and restaurant waiters were attentive and professional. They made our stay in Hanoi comfortable and pleasurable. We we return, we will be staying at the La Sinfonia.

Nice location in the bustling old French quarter but close to a very nice lake. The Guest Relations staff planned my whole 3wk Vietnam trip for me, very quickly, efficiently, taking care with my budget and with great service.
