Pros:

It's right outside the train station, the room is clean and has most of the essentials you'd expect from a business hotel, breakfast quality varies from day to day but it's included so that's a plus

Cons:

フロントスタッフの対応がめちゃくちゃ悪かった。booking.comで予約して子供の年齢もちゃんと入れて出てきた金額を支払ったのに、大人としてのカウントになると凄くしぶられました。
今後は公式で予約をとってくれとか、海外サイトだとうちではどうにもできないとか客に言われても困ります。
公式と海外サイト間でなんとかしてください。
そしてスタッフの教育をしっかりしてほしいです。
凄く残念でした。二度と泊まりません。

駅近なのは良い
Pros:

立地条件が良かった
ロビーがあり、部屋には入らなくてもチェックインのみ先に手続きできたのは良かった(都合により時間がなかったので)

Cons:

備え付けのタオルが、バスタオル１枚とフェイスタオル１枚のみ、洗面に使うタオルはどうすれば？せめてハンドタオルくらいは置いて欲しい。洗面用のタオルなないのは初めての経験でした。
またフロント前にあるアメニティが、何が置いてあるのかの表示がなく、高齢の親にはよくわからなかったようです。少々不案内かと。
