Long term stay is to be avoided at all costs.
Pros:

I think for the people who stayed for just a night or two, this place can be OK. But if you need to stay for more than 4-5 days, you see the real problems at this place. I had a teaching job at a local school for 2 months and I moved to this hotel because it was very close to the school. Many of the staff are friendly but there are many that are not. You might meet the friendly girl at the hotel check in counter but get a really rude cleaning lady for your room. The main issue is if you have a really problem then the staff must consult her highness the owner. Her first answer to any request is NO. She can't speak English so it's a buffer for her to refuse anything asked to her by her lowly staff. At night the place is a total zoo! There is a Karaoke and a Discotheque across from the main building and they party until 3AM almost every night. In the day time there is plenty of construction to make sure if you didn't sleep at night, you are sure not to sleep during the day. One night there was a big fight with some bouncers from the Discotheque and some "customers" with knives and everything. The police never showed up which makes me think this place is some kind of mod hangout or something. I think people's experience will be different so you may get lucky but if you can, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Good hotel`
Pros:

Everything is good. Clean rooms, staff is good and food is delicious. This hotel is very cheap compared to other hotels in the near area. It is located in the center. There is free WIFI for everybody in the hotel. You can do many tours with the start at the hotel like to go to Da Lat with Easy Riders and see flower farms and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

Sorry, 1st review didn't match mine
Pros:

I made a reservation by internet for a 5 day stay. My hotel in HCMC confirmed the reservation for me. The price on the internet listed a room for $22, my hotel told me it was $32, I agreed. Upon arrival, I barely got in the door, and the receptionist began to motion for me to leave. She was extremely agitated and I didn't even have a chance to get up to the counter. She kept telling there no rooms, I explained my hotel had confirmed the room for me. I kept repeating 'internet, internet reservation'. Finally, she found my request. This time the room rate went up to $36. Vietnamese hospitality has always been so common, it was absolutely absent this go around. She grudgingly checked me in. The room was 601, to be fair, the room was immense, but the carpet was shredded, brown sludge in the bathtub, and the club next store was going until late at night.

Overall impressions: The hotel had seen better days. It was frayed around the edges, staff was not well trained, and were hesitant to assist. This may be that western travelers do not often stay there and they may be unsure how to handle them. The receptionist was a fire breathing dragon of a person. I have never in, after three extended trips, over the last 3 years been subjected to such abuse. I left the next morning and found another hotel with pleasant staff, clean room at half the price.

Great Find
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a complete pleasure. The room was big, clean, beds comfortable, room service prompt, front desk ever so pleasant and cool room (the A/C worked wonderful). The included breakfast was gormet. It was served on a dish fresh from the oven and so tasty. I would so recommend staying here and we plan on staying here again when we are in Daklak Province.
