Friendly, clean and comfortable hotel in excellent location
Pros:

This is such a well-located hotel, overlooking the Rhine, just a few minutes walk from the historic German Corner. We loved our balcony room that looked out across the river at the imposing Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. Everything was very comfortable - we especially loved the choice of different lighting you could have at the touch of a switch by the bed. We were also very glad to be offered a tea and coffee station, which - as English travellers - meant we could have a cuppa whenever we liked. We were also able to get a small jug of fresh milk to keep in the mini fridge. Perfect.

Cons:

I booked a single room with balcony, however hotel gave me a small double room without a balcony. I asked from the receptionist is it the same room and he said it is. Bit dissatisfied because I was expecting a room with balcony.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ideal um Koblenz fussläufig zu erkunden und den Weihnachtsmarkt zu besuchen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, lecker und ansprechend angerichtet.

Cons:

Im Hausflur roch es etwas unangenehm nach Abfluss... Ansonsten alles okay.

Pros:

Perfectly located, and great breakfast! Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

We stayed on a hot night and really missed the A/C! Bathroom smelled a little funky as well.
