Angenehme Unterkunft direkt am Rhein. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Sehr schön gelegen direkt an der Rheinpromenade, große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Bei diesen Temperaturen war das Zimmer sehr aufgeheizt und kühlte auch nachts kaum mehr ab, eine Klimaanlage wäre da sehr hilfreich gewesen

除了海景房的景观漂亮和位置好，其它都一般，服务很差。

位置非常好 酒店外观很漂亮 这次订到的河景房View很美

Cons:

前台服务员服务态度不好 急躁 不主动服务 员工横七竖八的坐在酒店户外 餐厅员工在酒店大堂吃饭 感觉没有员工培训和员工休息区 整个酒店都有种奇怪的味道 所以感觉不清洁 酒店用品比较差

Tolle Lage direkt am Rhein mit Blick auf die Festung Ehrenbreitstein. In wenigen MInuten sind die Seilbahn über den Rhein , das Deutsche Eck oder die Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war fanstastisch und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Bei den Extremtemperaturen wäre eine Klimaanlage schön gewesen.

Номер был очень чистым, а персонал — очень доброжелательным и приветливым. Отель расположен всего в двух минутах ходьбы от вокзала, что очень удобно.

Cons:

Единственное, чего не хватало в номере, — это холодильника и тапочек.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Liegt sehr zentral, freundliches Personal, super Aussicht vom Zimmer mit Balkon auf den Rhein, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, konnten Auto für 10 Euro auf einen Parkplatz nahe dem Hotel stellen

Cons:

Klimaanlage fehlt in diesem heissen Tagen…

Great location but no aircon
Pros:

Great location and an ok sized room with a balcony, overlooking the river.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was 40 degrees both days we were there and as there is no aircon, suggest you do not stay there in summer as it was stifling. The hotel did nothing to help except provide an inadequate fan and a bottle of water which was very hot by the time we entered our room. The reception staff were grumpy and couldn't care less - no offer of ice or anything.
