An aspiring 💎 Gem.

The room I resided in needed a clean of the air conditioner and a touch coat of paint. Plus tv remote control was not accessible.

Very comfortable stay, close to Hamilton Station.
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to Hamilton Station. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed at the hotel ready for travel to SYD airport via rail the next day.

Cons:

A minor issue. The chair in the room could do with an upholstery clean. The carpet is probably due for a deep clean. Everything else was great.

Dissatisfaction
Pros:

$3 use of washing machine, free 2 dry.

Cons:

Being told I must leave 12+ hr before checkout, in the middle of the night with alot of luggage & nowhere 2 go, all because of whoever watches the room windows from the street took video of me stepping out onto the roof from the window 2 retrieve a shoe that was drying on the window sill.
Took no more than 10 sec & was completely safe 2 do so in my opinion, however this is apparently against the rules no matter what the reasoning, whichever it b sinister or innocent. No worries on their behalf as 2 why ppl are filming the bedroom windows from the street but that's their problem.

It gave crack den vibes

The bed was comfy

- I saw two small cockroaches in the room
- The hallway smelled like marijuana
- There was only one shower, the other one didn’t have a shower head
- There was extreme yelling inside the accomodation in the middle of the night
