44Fraud, charged, drove there. No room. Sold the room to someone else...4 rooms avail when booked

Was booked in and my reservation was charged, was cancelled without my knowledge. Staff didn't care....referred to booking.com as a third party problem. Happens all the time they said. I am calling Mastercard to press a fraud dispute. REF 5879818560 31st January 2026. Reservation cancelled by ANUT. Sharon says it happens all the time. So don't book here. No regard for customers. Run by IRIS Group

Worst room in the house!

Friendly staff and unbeatable location.

Cons:

I stay here a lot. My advice is to avoid room #8. The bed is clean but I have serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room. There are visible smears that look like body fluids on the walls next to the bed. The aircon unit is filthy and difficult to work with the remote; there are two ratty armchairs in this room that have seen better days. The curtain fell off the rail when I tried to draw it to one side; there is peeling paint on the ceiling, and this room faces the level crossing, and the level crossing “beeps” woke me at a rude hour. The rooms here are generally OK so not sure what happened with this one.

Cons:

Visste inte att bilöverfarten över tågspåret skulle pipa varannan kvart… det var lite högljutt. Och vår ac fungerade inte, men personal försökte hjälpa oss och vi fick kompensation för det.
