Os atendentes foram bem solícitos e educados.
A Tv do quarto não funcionou, o frigobar estava em péssimas condições, muito velho, nem tentei fazer funcionar. Roupa de cama rasgada e empoeirada, banheiro também.. maioria das peças empoeiradas, nota-se que a limpeza é supérflua, somente no chão e no caminho por onde passam.
Café da manhã com opções limitadas, mas bom.

Coisas a serem melhoradas

O quarto possui tomadas longe da cabeceira da cama, o aparelho seletor de canais, da Century (só canais abertos), estava quebrado, a cadeira usada junto ao balcão de trabalho é um tanto desconfortável para usar por 8 horas, no caso de você fazer trabalho remoto
Café da manhã foi recolhido antes do fim do horário previsto, minha esposa desceu e já não estava mais posto, mesmo faltando meia hora para o encerramento.
Pedi late checkout, previsto para as 16:00, que é o horário limite para cobrar meia estadia, porém o sistema hoteleiro deles está configurado para a meia estadia terminar às 15:00, tomar cuidado com isso na hora de pedir pela extensão de prazo.

Localização boa, bem limpo, um café da manhã Modesto, o ponto negativo pra mim, foi o ar condicionado do meu quarto não estava gelando, apesar do Porteiro tentar arrumar. Não conseguiu.

A princípio pensei que fosse um hotel novo, pois a fachada está reformada, mas trata-se de um hotel bem antigo, entra claridade nos quartos, chuveiro não funcionava bem, cama pequena, estrutura bem antiga.
