A beautifully presented hotel- bright spotless room, friendly staff and exceptional value
Cons:

The only niggle was lack of pillow choice- all pillows were big and firm- could do with a second option in the room

It served the purpose
Pros:

Lift and Pleasent morning staff

Cons:

the room was dusty especially the light shade and back wall. Corridor where our room was had almost no lighting. The Breakfast was very limited. I had an Orange and a slice of toast and Hubby had Cornflakes and Toast no way this was excellent as stated

Pros:

Dinner was excellent. Staff were friendly. Excellent choice of spirits. Clean and tidy throughout. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Bar closed at 9.30. Dinner was going to be closed at 7.30 when we asked. Breakfast wasn't cooked, only continental. Games room wasn't heated. Rubbish choice of wines. Noisy clock outside.

Shower didnt work , a trickle of black water coming out, no offer from staff to reduce the bill .

Nice but little extras were non existent and far better to cross the road to "Spoons" for breakfast!
Pros:

Rooms were lovely with character.

Cons:

We were told a continental breakfast was included but this was less than basic. We did get a nice cup of coffee on the second morning but had to pay separately for these! Towels were too small and needed a full length mirror.

Very spacious room with high ceiling with quirky exposed beams, huge comfy bed and the heating at a nice level.

Cons:

Maybe put WiFi code in room and set password to something a little less fiddly to enter.

Absolutely Fantastic.
Pros:

Our room was Spotless, Everything you need,Fantastic Bed with great pillows(not useless thin rubbish)Bathroom was superb,Great Shower.
I've stayed in many hotels probably over 100 and the Tredegar Arms was right up there with even the Hilton.Thanks guys.we will Definitely return. Keep doing what your doing. Spotless on !
