The architecture..the rooms and access to great shops and icecream downstairs

Cons:

The breakfast situation is a shocker..the room rate is exxy but breakfast at nearly $100 for two is not a buffet but a choice of one style of dish..which is a small tray of so so tiny fruit yoghurt and granola .weak coffee..and tepid eggs slathered in so so hollandaise and not fresh orange juice

Tesis kendisini 5 yıldızlı olduğu söylesede kesinlikle öyle değil. Odalar çok kötü, yataklar çok kötü, banyo çok kötü. 5 yıldızlı bir otel konforunda kalmak üzere ailenizle geldiğinizde hüsrana uğrayabilirsiniz. 4 yıldızlıyım dese ve ben buna göre gelsem hiç ses çıkartmadan kalırım. Paranızın karşılığı bu değil.

Modern hotel, but feels more like a 4* hotel

Super modern, great location, free bikes to explore the city!

Cons:

For a 5*hotel you would expect more flexibility when checking in (we arrived 30 minutes before 15h check-in time). Rooms are very small.

Pros:

Ace Kyoto is a nice property. Very modern, great vibe, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast was outstanding and dinner restaurants were all very good. Good location to visit area attractions. Highly recommend.
