A localização.

Cons:

Havia uma barata em um dos quartos que usamos. O atendimento é pífio - recusaram-se a levar um remédio que a farmácia entregou para uma pessoa que estava doente com febre no quarto e ela precisou descer para isto.

O Hotel é bom! Pena que o Centro de SP seja inseguro para transitar mesmo que na esquina
Pros:

O quarto família é ótimo! Tem duas camas de solteiro e uma de casal e os ambientes são integrados sendo um banheiro pra cada. Para 4 pessoas é excelente!!

Cons:

Meu filho passou mal e vomitou no balde do banheiro e foi bem difícil conseguir retirar os resíduos de lá pela manhã. Acredito qur tenham poucos colaboradores.

Muita coisa: cheguei e o banheiro estava entupido. Toalhas velhas. Cama rangendo bastante (difícil até para dormir). Pedi uma taça de vinho e não deram, só copo de plástico. Ar condicionado de madrugada parava (acho que alguma parada programada), calor grande
