Pros:

La posizione della Guesthouse Gorska Reka è ottimale. A breve distanza dalle terme e a quello dei campi da sci. Eccezionale poi il ristorante con tantissime specialità da provare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente ottimo.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
Un encomio particolare al personale che si è prodigato in tutti i modi nonostante le avversità (a seguito di una tormenta di neve eccezionale è saltata la corrente in tutta la valle!).

Objekt i osoblje izuzetno ljubazno.
Čistoća objekta isto.
Hrana izuzetno ukusna. Porcije su obilne.
Osoblje zaslužuje povišicu na plaći.
Teško se u današnje vrijeme nalazi kvalitetno osoblje, zato ga treba nagraditi.

Cons:

Obzirom da smo pri dolasku u objekat platili za iduća tri dana doručak za 2 osobe, 1.dan smo dosli na doručak u 7.30 sati, međutim restoran je bio zatvoren tako da nas doručak nije dočekao.
Direktor se nije potrudio da nam nadoknati trošak doručka za dvije osobe za taj dan.
