Very good service and they really helped us when we needed it. We forgot a charger and came back after 3 days to collect it - they were honest and nothing was tampered

Your team’s courteous and attentive service truly stood out, every staff member interacted with was polite, efficient, and eager to provide a comfortable experience. The quality and variety of the food were excellent, reflecting both the local Flavors and international culinary standards. The food and dining experience were equally impressive — delicious, diverse, and beautifully presented. Suggest including the Globally recognized healthy dishes like Dosa, Idly and Vada in Breakfast. We highly appreciate the flexibility shown by Mr. Vijay and team in accommodating our late check-out request. It made our travel schedule much more convenient and stress free.

Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant, a delightful experience — combining comfort, quality, and true Omani hospitality. We left with great memories of both the hotel and Muscat.

All the staffs are very professional and friendly especially receptionist Mr Vivek and restaurant staffs are extremely good.

Excellent and Guest Friendly place. We had few rooms and everything was fine except some disturbance from outside. Staff are polite and friendly with smile specially front desk Vivek ready to assist you. Overall 5 Star.

I enjoyed my stay so much thanks to all the front office staff the breakfast lady i forgot her name even though i didnt have breakfast included in my room she was very kind in explaining.

Swiss Bellin staff protected my heart during my solo honeymoon and perfumed my room with Omani Oud and offered extra long breakfasts and business conference area with Cafe. Staff welcomed me to Oman when my travel delays increased. Gulf country travelers kept me company with the kind aviation staffers staying in my hotel. Staff are kind and always find a way to make your visit smooth and restful. Omanis gift you a chance to stay longer, thanks to the Sultan of Oman for gifting me two visits to Oman with Oman Air and Salam Airlines!

Clean hotel near the airport with very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant had a nice atmosphere and a very tasty and varied food offer for 1 day of Ramadan. We enjoyed it and we recommend it.

I recently stayed at the Swiss-Belinn Airport Muscat, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient—just minutes from Muscat International Airport—which made my travel stress-free. Ideal for both short layovers and longer stays.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable, with great air conditioning, a cozy bed, and all the essentials I needed, including fast, free Wi-Fi. I appreciated how quiet the room was, especially given its proximity to the airport.

The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made my experience memorable. I would like to emphasize the very friendly, hospital and polite attitude displayed by Mohammed at reception desk.

I spent a few nights at this hotel and had a great experience — excellent service and a very convenient location, especially if you're in Muscat for a few days. It’s within walking distance of the beach and situated in a quiet area. Very close to airport. I’ll definitely be coming back, lovely breakfast.

Mid range business hotel close to the Muscat airport.
Suitable for short stays with good breakfast, adequate gym and helpful staff. Some decent restaurants nearby.

This hotel is good value for money. I like going there when I need a few quiet days. It’s also close to the airport. It’s clean and unpretentious and the staff is pleasant and helpful. I didn’t like the chipped floor in the bathroom and I didn’t like the fact that the only tissue in the bathroom was almost finished. Tip: always have an extra role on standby.

Perfect, perfect and perfect. It says that this hotel is 3 stars but we felt it was way more than that with the services and the hospitality of the staff. The location is great, close to everything including the airport. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Special thanks for Mr vivek Hamad Nadeem from reception and miss mary from the cafe, they were so very helpful and nice to speak to. Super service! If I come back to Muscat, I'm definitely staying here again.
