Sehr ruhiger Ort mit einem schönen Garten. Nahe am See. Feines Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Wohngebietslage inmitten eines prächtigen Gartens. In 5 Gehminuten ist man am Bodensee, kann durch den herrlichen städtischen Lindenpark flanieren und / oder das Fahrradwegenetz nutzen. Hotel Schachen ist mit gepflegter Badeanstalt im Jugendstil in der Nähe; wer es urbaner mag, nutzt zum Schwimmen das kostenlose wunderbare Freibad.
Der Hotelchef war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und bot sogar an, mein Gepäck hoch ins Zimmer auf der 2.Etage zu tragen:) (Musste er nicht…)
Das Zimmer war schön, funktional und gut zu lüften mit Fliegengitter im Fensterflügel.
Exorbitant himmlisch war das Frühstück, der Chef hatte selbst für feldfrische
Erdbeeren gesorgt, es gab alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann für den perfekten
Tagesstart. Wunderbar war auch, dass man frühstückend im blühenden Garten sitzen konnte bei herrlicher Ruhe.
Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt und komme bestimmt irgendwann wieder:)

Die Zimmer im EG sind einfach und praktisch eingerichtet. Von daher ist der Preis zu hoch.

Die Umgebund, die ruhige Lage und das Frühstücksbuffet
Ein schönes kleines Hotel, bestens und ruhig gelegen. Das Personal kommt einem bestens entgegen. Super bequemes Bett, ruhige Lage nah am See und super schöne Frühstücksbuffet - bei tollem Wetter auch auf der wunderschönen Terrasse.
