Perfect place to explore Sirmione and surrounding towns.
Pros:

Perfect central location for Sirmione. It is such a cute/quaint Italian hotel. Although small, it was perfect for the 2 of us and the beds and pillows were very comfy. Very clean and helpful staff before our trip (WhatsApp) and during.

Pros:

Lage: Top.

Personal: Perfekt. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war ausgezeichnet und auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für das Personal 11 von 10 Punkten.

Hotel: Insgesamt gut.

Cons:

Unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer.

Die Matratzen waren nicht sauber und hatten gelbe Flecken.

Das obere Kinderbett war nicht sicher, da das Sicherheitsgitter nicht richtig befestigt war (oder gar nicht). Deshalb konnte unser Kind das Bett nicht benutzen und musste bei uns im Bett schlafen.

Perfectly located within the old town
Pros:

Perfect location, within the old town a few steps away from every major point of interest.

Very polite and helpful staff. They communicated regularly with me to make sure everything was ready for our arrival.

The partnership they have with a parking company works very well. We received QR code to access a private parking area and an electric shuttle took us and our luggages to the hotel effortlessy.

The restaurants they recommended were really good.

There is an elevator available to guests!

Cons:

We were travelling heavy (1 big luggage and 3 small ones) and it was a bit challenging in the room.
