Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel, la atención y calidad que brindan son excelentes, en todo momento fueron atentos, amables, nos dieron muy buen servicio haciéndonos sentir como en casa. La limpieza y comodidad del hotel son espectaculares, su ubicación estratégica en el centro ayuda mucho para poder desplazarse a lugares turísticos de la región, felicitaciones a todos quienes administran y se encuentran al frente de este maravillosos hotel. Experiencia maravillosa, muy recomendable que elijan hospedarse en este hotel, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, habitaciones impecables, trato excepcional, de verdad que gran experiencia puedes tener al hospedarse aquí, no lo dudes y reserva, te prometo que vivirás increíbles momentos, algunas habitaciones tienen vistas impresionantes hacia el Volcán Citlaltépetl (Pico de Orizaba).

I had a great time at Serdan and the hotel and staff were really nice. I stayed there 2 nights and hiked up Pico De Oriziba which was a great adventure. Recommend it.

Pros:

Made a reservation through expedia and they claimed they couldn't find it because they don't have access of the system. Us showing up seemed like a real inconvenience to them.
