Geweldig!
Pros:

Enorm genoten van dit geweldige hotel. Last minute gereserveerd en zo blij mee. Medewerkers super vriendelijk. Ontbijt geweldig. Kamer super schoon.

Отель как с картинки Pinterest . Номер превосходный , большой , замечательная уходовая косметика , персонал замечательный , бассейны все чистые , с теплой водой . Завтраки великолепные , целая станция с фрешами ! Отель расположен далеко от туристических мест , что являлось для нас плюсом )

Cons:

номер идеально подходит для двоих, но совсем не подходит для 2 взрослых и 2 -х детей . Детям спать негде. Бронировали номер на 4-х, кровать была в номере только одна. Номер должен был быть с видом на океан, а дали боковой вид на мере, если выйдешь на балкон.

Pros:

Very spacious hotel, amazing buffet breakfast, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the various complimentary activities like yoga and crafting, as well as the fresh farm product (tomatoes, plums, bananas) at the lobby. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom mirror was a bit jarring. The gym could be more well-equipped. Ideally there can be more staff who speak English fluently to cater to those who cannot speak Mandarin.

Overall, we are really impressed and satisfied with the hotel
Pros:

Eco, green, super stylish, modern hotel, with beautiful design and unusual chose and mix of used materials. Looks absolutely new! Nice small elements and features in rooms make staying super pleasant and give feeling of individual approach. Amazing huge bath! Clean territory. Wide variety of breakfast options satisfying any preferences. Nice, friendly personal. Super beautiful sky bar with live shows, tasty drinks and amazing view during sunsets.

From my point of view, Perfect match of price and quality (stayed in the end of November- beginning of December).

I want to l highlight our Butler Una: she is extremely involved, super polite, very promt and accurate in assistance. We could reach her any time regarding absolutely any questions. Taking into account rather high language barrier with the rest of the hotel personnel, her personal assistance to us and fluency in English made our staying smooth and easy. She dealt perfectly with any questions, even beyond hotel matters (banks exchanges, routs to parks, miscommunication with didi taxists, etc).

Cons:

Only 1 out of 4 pools was available. The main one with glass floor is super beautiful, but smth is definitely weird with the temperature of the water. Under the same weather conditions water could vary from chilling and cold one day and to super warm and nice another day. Taking into account the fact, that you cannot swim in the sea somewhere nearby the hotel (the whole Haitang bay beachfront is unacceptable for swimming), it would be nice if more swimming pools were available during staying or at least water temperature was always “swimming-able” in case it’s only one swimming pool.

fantastic breakfast. good greenery. I am impressed. highly recommend. love the natural ambience. staff is excellent. pool is great also.

Cons:

beach as in all Sanya is unusable....i wish they have more staircase...being a pro green mission resort the building has lifts more accessible to guest and seems you have to use the lifts even for going from lobby to drop off.

Perfect ☺️
Pros:

We loved our stay here, it was perfect for our baby moon. We stayed at the family room with pool access, and it was perfect! High ceilings, spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable.
Although most of the staff couldn’t speak English, but they were very polite, and tbh we should probably be the ones to brush up our Chinese! Peggy at the front desk was very lovely, the 1 kitchen manager was super welcoming, and the massage was amazing! Thank you for looking after us!

Cons:

The property was very big! So maybe a little introduction or map of where everything is located would have been the icing on top.
