Warm and comfy rooms. Great staff, always ready to help. There is always someone available in the hotel for emergencies. Fresh breakfast.
You can park in front of the hotel, but there aren't many parking lots.
Very close to the ⛷️ ski area
Decent prices.

This hotel has a very good location if you want to spend your time on the ski slopes.
Although it was rated as 4*, the amenities weren't at that standard. The furniture inside the room was a bit worn down, and so was the carpet from the hallways. We stayed a weekend at the end of February, and the heating wasn't so great, and we had to require an additional blanket to keep warm.
The rooms have views towards the slopes, so that's a big plus.
The breakfast options weren't that many, and you could also have lunch or dinner there, if you didn't want to go out and eat at a restaurant.
The staff was ok, but, overall, due to it being a bit overpriced for what it offered, this 4* hotel didn't had the best value for the money spent.

Old hotel. For sure not deserve 4 stars. Is clean enough. Good only for short staying

This hotel does not have 4*, at most 3 * !
Breakfast was almost horrible, almost all products was same from a day to another, the color betrays them. For example, that omlette which was not eated today, they serve also tomorrow ! Very small tv in the room. The furniture was damaged. Coffee machine was also damaged, if you ask for an long espresso you will recive a shorter taht a normal espresso.

it was cold, the shower was leaking water on the sides, bed broke with us and when we fixed it it was mold underneath the matress.we didn.t like the breakfast. only the coffee and the view were good. tv was small.

This hotel is not a 4th star hotel as it advertised. This is the first hotel where the elevator cannot transport more than 2 persons without luggage.
Inside the doors and furniture requires changes.
The food is for a 1 start hotel and not for 4th star.
I recommend to avoid this hotel because of high prices compared with services

Horrible experience. The hotel is not 4 stars...
Is not clean, food is horrible, no enough parking places, dark street. The restaurant where they serve breakfast is cold. I don’t recommend at all... Was a mistake to choose the hotel to spend the Christmas.

The hotel requires external repairs. Insufficient and unprepared staff. Unfair administration. There are no 4-star conditions. Access from the hotel to the slopes is through the side of the hotel, on an infected trail and some destroyed stairs that endanger you - at the direction of the administrator who forbids using the exit from the restaurant. Although it has a small size, the parking has not been cleaned by ice / snow, possibly from the beginning of winter! The cleanliness is desirable both in the apartment (eg dead flies) and in the restaurant (eg tablecloths). High prices in relation to the services offered!

This is not a 4 * hotel.

- They are short on staff

- Lift not working for a while (worth asking before if you are disable).

-After a while the bathroom vent didn't stop and the noise was annoying.

- The fitness room is a joke, they have one dumbell, one bench and another running machine.

- The jacuzzi was not working but they said the price will stay the same even we paid 50 lei to another hotel to use their one.

- The kitchen was only for breakfast, we had to go out for lunch and dinner because they didn't serve it even that they had menus. (I think they had only 3 rooms occupied and didn't worth for them).

- The heating was on maximum, (maybe to hide the mould) we couldn't lower it and because of that my nose was bleeding. (asked them to fix it but no one came to sort it out.)

- The TV is small and the quality is poor.

- Low internet speed.(top floor doesn't even get signal, luckily I have unlimited Internet.)

- They did not came to clean the room, not even to change the bin bags that were full. (It didn't bother me to go and throw the rubbish but this is something that should be included into a 4*
hotel.)

- There is space for few cars outside but no one is responsible if someone steal or scratch your car. (better park on the road)

Anyway, maybe there are more good things and bad things to say but you will find out when you get here. 😅

I will do my research properly next time.

The view was nice, some of the staff were friendly.

Also the manager (Dragoș Sonica) was not bothered to much about all of this.
