Rude check in, overcharged
Cons:

The only thing the man checking me in said to me was, "Name". I said I needed to add a pet and he said it's $75 I said Oh It said $30 on Booking.com. He said, that is a 3rd party those are never right. I then scanned my card and was handed the key. That was literally all that was said to me. After waiting for someone to come to the desk for 5-6 min. Then I was charged $90 for one pet. NOT $30 or even $75. Rude for no reason at all.

Pros:

Very comfortable spacious room. Shower had the best shower pressure ever! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact there was no Conditioner offered (but had shower gel and shampoo which was great!).
