Nice and conveniently located hotel for NYE
Pros:

The location was very convenient. Complimentary breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable.

My bathroom door had a broken latch.

Pros:

The room was really large and set up well. The kitchenette had a dishwasher, microwave and a decent size refrigerator. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly!

It was very pleasant. We would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was close to the activities we were interested in. I have never slept in a bed with such comfortable sheets!

Meh. Will probably stay at the Staybridge inn and suites the next time
Pros:

Easy access to the highways and shopping/restaurants

Cons:

We were unable to get a late check out. We only asked for an hour later but were told no. The front desk person was pretty rude and wrongly assumed we were with a “large group.”

Pros:

Overall, this hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast options were good and the food was delicious. The service was friendly, and I appreciated the free bottled water. Everything was very clean. The mattress was pretty hard, which was not my preference. And I felt like I had to drive for a long time to get anywhere touristy. This location was safe and well lit, with several fast food and sit-down restaurants in the same plaza. I enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

We were on the road and just picked here from the reviews and I can’t get over how nice Libby was at the front desk. If I’m ever in the area I will make sure to stop here. She deserves a raise. The world needs more nice people.

Pros:

I ended up not actually staying at this property. It stated pet friendly, however, unlike other hotels this property allowed all animals in EVERY room. I have allergies that won’t allow me to have dander from pets around me.

Most properties block off certain rooms for pets so others can stay in pet free rooms.

Extremely disappointing!!!
