Pros:

Мій другий відпочинок у готелі «Австрійський» у Львові залишив лише найкращі враження. Атмосфера тут поєднує європейську елегантність із затишком старого міста. Номери чисті, стильні та добре обладнані, а персонал завжди привітний і готовий допомогти. Особливо сподобалася локація — у самому серці Львова, поруч із головними пам’ятками та кав’ярнями. Це місце, куди хочеться повертатися знову, адже воно дарує відчуття справжньої гостинності та тепла.

Pros:

Нам сподобалось проживання в цьому готелі. Персонал дуже привітний та уважний. У номері було чисто, постільна білизна свіжа та охайна, загалом умови проживання комфортні.

Cons:

Проте є один великий мінус — бойлер не працював( теплої води або не було взагалі, або вона була тільки 2 хвилини а далі холодна). Ми неодноразово зверталися з цією проблемою, але, на жаль, її так і не вирішили. У результаті взимку нам довелося купатися в холодній воді, що було не дуже комфортно.

Сподіваємося що цю проблему вирішать, бо якщо б не бойлер то враження були б набагато краще)

Дуже х ороший готель.
Pros:

Хороше місце розташування. В номері чисто, тепло, комфортно і є все необхідне для проживання. Персонал ввічливий і прихильний до клієнтів.

Cons:

Зауважень немає. Все чудово.

Pros:

Готель у Львові справив дуже приємне враження: затишний номер, уважний персонал і зручне розташування неподалік історичного центру. Атмосфера поєднує сучасний комфорт із львівською гостинністю. Ідеальне місце для відпочинку після прогулянок містом.
