Pros:

Зручна локація в центрі, дуже привітний персонал, новенькі чисті номери.

Не пощастило з номером
Pros:

Готель вдало розташований, в номерах було чисто. Дуже привітні дівчата на ресепшн, які з радістю відгукуються на усі прохання

Cons:

Нам випав дуууже маленький номер. На стільки маленький, що навіть не було місця розгорнути найменшу валізу. Якщо валізу відкрити, то вже неможливо пройти, лише перестрибувати. Дорослий + дитина і вже в номері було не дуже зручно пересуватись. Це номер максимум на 1 людину і те, під питанням. Інші номери були більші та кращі. Коли бронюєш на сайті не зрозуміло що номер на стільки маленький, питання було не в економії коштів.
З гарячою водою взагалі катастрофа - її немає. Як виявилось, в номері бойлер, про що не попереджали. Одразу після заселення пішла в душ, спочатку вода була ледве тепла, думала нагріється, а виявилось що це була остання тепла. Так як прибиральниці вилили усю гарячу воду. Домивалась вже в крижаній. Звернулась до адміністрації, прибігли за хвилину, але рішення крім як «потрібно почекати поки нагріється в бойлері» немає.
Наступного разу ситуація кращою не стала. Вода була ледве тепла, після 3 хвилинного душу дитини, на дорослого вже теплої води не вистачало. Хоча датчик на бойлері стояв на максимум. Вода дуже псує враження.

Прийнятний готель на одну-дві ночі в зручному тихому місці
Pros:

Зручне розташування, тихо. Зручне ліжко

Cons:

Постільну білизну варто було б оновити. Також у номері бракувало освітлення: або різке холодне світло зі стелі, яке не освітлює достатньо кімнату, або зовсім тьмяне світло бра біля ліжка

Pros:

Тепер це мій улюблений готель у Львові. Дуже просторно, чистенько, гарна локація. Завжди є хтось на репції, привітний персонал. Ми дуже задоволені.

не має бокалів для шампанського )))
