Lovely stay despite plumbing hitches
Pros:

The hotel is well designed and the rooms large and very comfortable

Cons:

On the day of our stay the water heating system failed. We were on a day stay over between Tahiti and the UK. All we wanted was a good sleep and a hot shower.
Things go wrong in the best establishments and the test is how the staff deal with it. We were immediately assured we could have the room for as long as necessary to await hot water and as long thereafter as we needed before our onward flight.
Reception found a local hairdresser to wash and blow dry my hair and we ended up refreshed and tidy for our long flight.
The locality is fabulous and we will certainly go back.
We understand this is a new independent venture and wish the owners well. Great hairdresser next door as well!

A wonderful stay and we will return.
Pros:

Great location! The beach and many restaurants are close by and very walkable. There’s a convenience store half a block away. The room is very comfortable and the WiFi is great and free. Two to three blocks from Hermosa Pier. The staff is very friendly.

Brand new hotel. A block away from the beach. Comfortable bed and the shower was delightful. I enjoyed the the high quality complementary shampoo and shower gel.

Pros:

The location was great! We loved being so close to the beach. Our room was clean, the mattress was great, we slept well, AND the shower was AMAZING! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again

staff was extremely kind and helpful ! they always greeted me with a smile and never hesitated to answer questions.
Pros:

super close to the beach and in a really good part of town. the room was super clean + overall nice and the balcony was awesome. the staff was excellent.
