Sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Frühstück war schlecht. Wenig Auswahl, keine frischen oder Qualitativ guten Produkte. Im Zimmer war es viel zu heiss (mussten im Winter das Fenster öffnen). Zimmereinrichtung solala. Für den Preis würde ich es nicht mehr machen.

Keine weitere Buchung, wenn nicht zu 100 % glutenfreie Menü/Frühstück möglich.
Pros:

Das Personal gab sich Mühe, war gastfreundlich und wir durften aufgrund einer Erkrankung eines unserer Kinder beide gebuchten Zimmer am selben Tag stornieren, haben dann aber aus Rücksicht dort ein neues Zimmer gebucht.

Cons:

Personal kann grundsätzlich nur englisch. In den Zimmern war es mitten in der Nacht laut durch andere Gäste. Obwohl ich das Hotel vorher gefragt hatte ob sie glutenfreie Frühstück zubereiten können, war es das nicht. Wir mussten uns selber darum bemühen. Am zweiten Tag versuchte das Personal etwas zuzubereiten, aber da sie sich grundsätzlich nicht damit auskannten (was Gluten sind und was man bei der Zubereitung beachten muss bezügl. Kontaminationen) war das Risiko zu hoch es zu probieren.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an der Bergbahn und hat gratis Parkplätze. Wir haben dort mit unerer Gruppe ein Skiweekend verbracht, das Hotel eignete sich perfekt. Das Check-in /- out war sehr easy. Die Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Es hat sogar einen Skiroom mit Schuh-Heizung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch für am Abend in den Ausgang war es gut gelgen, der Sherlock Klub und die Loung sind nur wenige Meter entfernt, es ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Frühstück entspricht dem was man in der Schweiz für ein Zimmer in diesem Preissegment zahlt absolut. Käse Fleisch Brot Konfi Müsli Eier Früchte Kaffee Saft, Voilà.

Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder für einen Gruppen-Event buchen.
Preis Leistung und vor allem Sauberkeit stimmen sehr gut!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen wenn man etwas genauer hinschaut sieht man die Fassade die etwas bröckelt. Hinter dem Haus hatte es vereinzelt etwas Müll herum liegen (leere Chipstüte, Aludose). Mit ein zwei Handgriffen liesse sich dieser Eindruck gleich etwas verbessern.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war frisch renonv iert und sehr sauber.
Die Nähe zur Gondel ist ein großes Plus.

Cons:

Die Heizung in Zimmer 104 war zu warm, man konnte sie nicht abschalten.

Täglich frische Handtücher. War fast zu viel resp. übertrieben. Es braucht nicht täglich ein frisches Handtuch.
