Minunat, vom reveni
Pros:

- Curatenie exemplara, confort si multa atentie la detalii
- Caldura reglabila (am fost intr-un moment cand era foarte frig afara)
- Camera arata exact ca in poze
- Mobila este in stare buna, totul e functional; patul foarte confortabil (saltea ferma)
- Estetica placuta, camera fiind decorata cu bun gust, modern
- Liniste, fara vreo problema cu vecinii
- Parcare usoara, cu ajutorul proprietarului
- Comunicarea cu gazda excelenta, raspunsuri foarte rapide din partea sa
- Magazine in zona (peste drum) + cafenea de specialitate la 5 minute de mers pe jos
- Zona ok, sigura, aproape de parc
- Cladirea cu acces securizat, frumos decorata si primitoare
- Check-in usor, rapid, fara contact

Cons:

- Putin mai greu de ajuns pe jos pana in centru (20 minute) - pentru noi nu a fost o problema, stiam acest aspect
- Studentii pot fi uneori galagiosi noaptea pe strada (nu e vina proprietatii)
- Parcarea ar fi dificila fara ajutorul gazdei - sunt multe masini parcate peste tot, din cauza caminelor de langa
