Nothing under these unfair billing circumstances.

Cons:

I am extremely disappointed. Due to a technical glitch on the Booking.com app, I was charged twice for the exact same night, resulting in two identical, overlapping bookings (Confirmation numbers: 6219191330 and 6229161581). The hotel management flatly refused to cooperate or refund the double charge.

To make matters worse, the room was not clean at all when I checked in; there was hair left in the bathroom, and there was constant, disruptive noise coming from the outside. I was forced to pay double money for a terrible, unhygienic stay!

بعض الموظفين ومنهم مدير المبيعات اسمه فارس العمري وكذلك مدير الاستقبال العنزي اللذان لم يتجاوبا معنا واضطريت ادفع زياده مبلغ لاكمال الليلتين الباقيه رغم وجود ظرف قاهر لالغاءرحلات الطيران و كذلك الظرف الامني اللي تمر به المنطقة الجنوبيه وعدم تجاوبهما في الغاء الليلتين الباقيه وارجاع المبلغ لظرفي لكن لما يكونا قد المسؤلية لتمراعاة مثل هذي الظروف
