على عكس باقى سلسله راديسون لاول مرة تقابل هذا الكم من السلبيات :
1- قطع الماء الساخن من الساعه 6 ص حتى الساعه 2 ظهرا والماء بارد جدا لا يمكن الاستحمام به. وهذا على مدار عدة أيام وليس يوم او اثنين.
2- قطع الكهرباء قرب موعد صلاه الفجر وعليه لا تصل المياة للغرف للوضوء والغرفة مظلمه و التكييف لا يعمل عند قطع الكهرباء.
3- موعد السحور من الساعه 11 مساءا إلى الساعه 3 فجرا بالرغم من أن الفجر حوالى الساعه 5 ص .. وعليه لا يتم تقديم السحور بعد الساعه 3 فجرا ويطلب طاقم المطعم إخلاء المطعم الساعه 3 ص تماما. بالرغم من أن أغلب الفنادق تبقى السحور حتى الساعه 4ص.
