The hotel had a pleasant and relaxing
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at parkinn Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Please urgently upgrade the Wi‑Fi throughout the entire hotel. It is not acceptable – especially for guests on business

Breakfast, Staff & Location
The breakfast was excellent – a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is also very convenient – close to key spots in the city, which made getting around easy. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

Cons:

Unacceptable Wi‑Fi Speeds
The only major downside was the Wi‑Fi. In this day and age, a speed of just 3–4 Mbps is simply not acceptable. For a business traveller, reliable internet is essential – I couldn't join video calls or send large files without constant buffering. This is something the hotel must urgently improve!!!
