Good hotel but bad organisation culture.

Cons:

- I arrived late from a long trip, I asked for late check-out so I can sleep well, they said ok your check-out is at 2 pm instead of 12pm. However, they woke me up at 12:30 pm asking me for check-out. The staff said I don't know about late check-out. Am blaming the hotel system and handover between night and day shifts.

- On my room door I put the sign "do not disturb", however, they knocked the door at 1 pm and woke me up again asking to "room service". If the mentioned sing is on the door no one should knock the door.

The idea of "late Check-out" and "do not disturb" is that I need to sleep and rest not to wake me up before the approved check-out time. I came from long trip and I have to rest as I need to drive 5 hours to home.

Good hotel but bad organisation culture.
