We were actually impressed by the incompetence in this resort, here how that went:
Our first room was full blast heating to 27°C without any way to change climate controls, also the bathroom had a really strong smell of canalisation and the wallpaper is coming off the wall.
Also we didn't have an ashtray on our specifically booked "smoking room" (offered on the booking site).
We switched rooms after a sweaty (see temperature problem descibed before) and sleepless night and got a new room without balcony (again, we booked for a smoking room) that was as well full blast heating, reception helpfully hinted we could just smoke inside which we (with a quick glance to the installed smoke alarms and sprinklers on the ceiling) declined and opted for a second room change.
Interesting if you care about climate concerns or your own health: to offset/balance the temperature issues they would just leave the windows open (it was snowing outside) so if you didn't get sick from sweating out all night you'd probably get it from the ice cold draft, neat!
Our third room was better temperated at 22-23°C and had a balcony, though again with no ashtray.
This time they shoved two single beds together to make a couples bed, open neck against the power sockets and climate controls.
Calling for a second cover for the 2 blankets (only 1 of them had a cover) to reception (the guy seemed to understand but appearantly I was mistaken) was met with a callback to our room 30 minutes later, a woman asking "is there a problem?" - "yes, still no second cover".
After that they brought a cover-blanket (not a blanket, not a cover, some summer blanket or similar) and tried to tell us to turn up the room temperature.. so back to square one?!
That's also when my wife got asked if I was her son, which we find insulting.

room was a good size and bed was comfortable, good breakfast, convenient for the centre.
A/c was uncontrollable so temp set at 27c when it was 19c outside and no matter what we did we couldnt turn it down. It had touchpanel controls for lighting and a/c so every time you wanted to do anything you first had to turn on the panel then operate the lights, this meant that if you just wanted the lights on low, you then had to scroll though all the other settings up to superbright to turn them back off ( not great at bedtime). no matter what we did we couldnt turn the heating down so we asked at reception and they couldn't either. Also bathroom cleanliness wasn't particularly good, with lots of missed corners and a bit smelly.
