Pros:

The staff was amazing, the bed was extremely hard but we like it. Size of the room is great. Breakfast was good enough. Not perfect but good.

Pros:

The Receptionist, Hak is the kindest person we have met during our entire journey through Vietnam and Cambodia. The minute he received our booking, he reached out to us personally and assisted us with everything, every step of the way. His smile is something I will never forget.

The public areas of the hotel are beautiful, the breakfast is lush (á la carte), plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower.
20 min walk from the center. Tuktuk to the center around 1-2 USD.

Cons:

Careful with the room you pick/get as they are all different. You may see views in the images but you don't get that in every case. Some rooms look at a wall. Iffy air-conditioning in one of them.

Das Hotel ist nicht neu, aber sehr gepflegt und in seiner inneren Anordnung eine bezaubernde friedliche Oase. Es ist in der Nacht sehr ruhig und unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig.
Die Mitarbeiter, besonders Phanha, Hak, Lyna, Phy, Nith, Thea und Kun waren äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Oase nur weiterempfehlen. Bernhard und Barbara

Best stay! Super comfortable and incredible staff
Pros:

We had such a great stay here! The bedroom was super spacious for our family (we had the two connected rooms), all staff members were so kind (big shout out to Hak, who always greeted us with the biggest smile and was always so kind to our kids, and also Phy, Lyna, Nith and Thea, they made our stay even better). The swimming pool was great, restaurant was also quite good, which was a big plus because we could have dinner in the hotel when the kids were tired, and breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this place!

Cons:

Everything was great! Just a heads up for families: the hotel is apparently quite popular for backpackers / young crowd so sometimes we felt a bit "in the way" in the swimming pool with our kids, but it was definitely not a problem (especially because in Dec. the water was quite cold so the kids were quickly in and out)

Pros:

very soft stay with soft bed and pillow. I would go back here in the future. Service are nice. What I love in Boutique hotel is their food. They have variety of food option.
