Quiet charm with a personal touch
Pros:

I spent a few nights at Boutique Indochine d'Angkor and what stood out most was the peaceful atmosphere. Even though it’s not far from the main town, the hotel feels tucked away and calm, especially around the pool area where I ended up spending most afternoons. The room was spacious with nice decor, and I liked the small balcony overlooking the greenery. Staff were consistently attentive without being overbearing, and they remembered my breakfast preference after the first day, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the WiFi being a bit slow in the evenings, but it didn’t affect the overall stay much.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido muy buena, pero sin duda lo mejor ha sido el trato del personal. Ha sido simplemente magnífico. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Hak, Phy, Lyna, Thea, Nith, Vitu, Kamikg, Ly, Diana y Peach, que han estado pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Gracias a ellos, nuestra estancia ha sido mucho más fácil y agradable, y realmente nos han hecho sentir como en casa.
Siempre han estado atentos a cualquier necesidad, con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo, algo que marca una gran diferencia cuando estás viajando.
En general, nos llevamos un recuerdo muy positivo del hotel y, sobre todo, del maravilloso equipo humano que trabaja allí

Cons:

Si tuviéramos que mencionar algo a mejorar, quizá sería el desayuno. Todo estaba muy rico y bien preparado, pero esperábamos que fuera tipo buffet y nos sorprendió que no lo fuera. Aun así, la calidad de la comida era buena.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff, good location
Pros:

I really loved my stay here. I could talk about the great location, the yummy food, the lovely rooms, but the staff were really what made my stay here so special. I want to give a huge thank you to Lyna, Hak, Phy, Nith, Kun and Thea from the front desk 💜🥰 and also the lovely ladies from housekeeping (sorry I didn’t catch your names). They were all so helpful and always greeted everyone with a warm and friendly smile.
I could always come to them if I needed help and I was able to hire a tuktuk driver to take me to see Ankor Wat at sunrise and some other temples. I would highly recommend booking directly from the hotel, my driver Mr Korng was really good and spoke english well. Their laundry service was also very good with a really fast turnaround around.

The restaurant is also really good, they have vegetarian options as well and I had lunch/dinner there a few times. Panda coffee a few houses down was also very good and I got some snacks and groceries at Go Global Mart nearby. So the location was really convenient and I never had to wait long for a tuktuk to arrive.

Overall I absolutely loved my stay at Boutique Indochine D’Ankor and wish I could have stayed longer. Next time I’m in Siem Reap I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything! 😊💕

The staff was really friendly and spoke good english for the most part. Staff helped us book tours and airport taxis (seemingly for good / normal prices). Hotel restaurant provided a wide variety of dishes ranging from western comfort foods to southeast asian cuisine with decent quality and affordable prices. Spaceful room, seperated toilet and shower, comfortable bed (on the hard side) and powerful enough AC.

Cons:

The cleanliness was overall on an okay level, however for a 4 star hotel it was subpar (dusty surfaces all over the place, old stains etc.)

As others have mentioned the location is a bit further from the center as shown here. Google maps shows the correct location. Although getting to the center is easy and only costs a dollar with a grab.

Pros:

Personnel accueillant et sympathique, on nous a reçu avec un jus et des fruits, hôtel reposant et calme, point fort pour un hôtel en ville. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable.
La piscine est superbe, parfait pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. L’hôtel propose un superbe petit déjeuner, mais aussi de nombreux services comme location de scooter, massages…

Cons:

Les seuls petits points négatifs seraient la luminosité de la chambre, qui est très éclairée très tôt même avec les rideaux.
Compter environ 20min à pied pour se rendre en centre ville.
