La ubicación del hotel es buena y resulta conveniente para conocer Siem Reap y visitar Angkor. La habitación tiene un espacio adecuado y el hotel, en términos generales, tiene potencial. Sin embargo, estos aspectos positivos no fueron suficientes para compensar las deficiencias encontradas durante la estancia.
La experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor ni con personal que ayude con el equipaje, lo que resulta especialmente incómodo al llegar o salir con maletas.
El problema más serio fue la limpieza. Encontramos zonas en condiciones de aseo claramente deficientes y la nevera de la habitación estaba extremadamente sucia, algo que considero inaceptable para un establecimiento de esta categoría.
El televisor de la habitación no funcionaba y, en lugar de solucionar el problema, habían colocado un aviso indicando “No TV, Just Tranquility”, lo cual no reemplaza un servicio que forma parte del equipamiento de la habitación.
Tiene una claudicación muy alta en booking cuando no es cierto
No tiene internet, te dan una red que está dividida en los pisos del hotel no funciona, la respuesta solo era conéctate a otra de la red y ninguna tenía internet.
No tiene agua caliente es tibia y toca esperar como 10 min para que salga algo medio caliente
El desayuno también necesita mejorar considerablemente tanto en calidad como en variedad.
Finalmente, solicité late check-out y la única alternativa real que me ofrecieron fue pagar una noche adicional. Inicialmente se ofreció únicamente una hora más, algo que difícilmente puede considerarse un beneficio significativo, especialmente teniendo en cuenta mi estatus en Booking.com.
En conjunto, falta mantenimiento, limpieza y una mayor orientación al servicio. Mi experiencia no corresponde con la categoría ni con las expectativas que genera el hotel.

Limpieza, te dejan chanclas usadas y sucias , falta limpieza en habitaciones y en todo el hotel.
El desayuno: tienen buena oferta y variada.

Puedes dejar la llave en la luz para mantener fresca la habitación.
La cama era muy cómoda.
La nevera funciona a la perfección.
Solo te dan una toalla por persona, por lo que no te puedes usarla para el pelo y cuerpo.
Tampoco hay un sitio donde colgar las toallas para tenerlas a mano para usar el lavabo o para que se sequen. El lavabo está dentro de la habitación y la ducha está separada, así que no hay un lugar para tener la toalla disponible para ambos usos.
Apenas había 4 perchas en el armario.

A comfortable and peaceful place to stay while visiting Siem Reap. The room was larger than expected, the breakfast was satisfying every morning, and the pool became our favorite place to spend some quiet time. The overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.
We appreciated how clean and well cared for everything was. The room felt fresh every day, the pool was refreshing after the afternoon heat, and breakfast had plenty of choices to start the morning. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel feels like a relaxing retreat. There is greenery all around the hotel, a lovely swimming pool, comfortable accommodation and a peaceful atmosphere in the evenings. We found the breakfast to be enjoyable and the service to be warm and attentive.
What was particularly noteworthy was the perfect blend of comfort and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the pool was the perfect place to escape the heat. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, and the staff were incredibly kind throughout our stay.
j'ai loué un hotel avec piscine mais la piscine était en rénovation sur les 7 nuits de ma réservation. j'ai contacté booking via le support et à chaque fois au bout de 5mn le chat m'indiquait se terminer alors qu'il me demandait de patienter pour avoir une reponse a ma reclamation par une personne expert. donc au final on écrit au support mais ils ne répondent pas

We pulled up in Siem Reap at about 2:10 PM and were ready for a quiet afternoon. The room gave us plenty of space to settle our bags, and the surroundings felt pleasantly calm. We had breakfast at 6:40 AM the next morning before setting off toward the temples, so the early schedule suited us perfectly.
By the time we reached the property at 3:35 PM, we were happy to slow things down. After getting settled, we spent the evening enjoying the relaxed surroundings rather than going straight back into the busy streets. Breakfast at 7:20 AM gave us a good start before exploring the city.
To je krasen hotel, center mesta, kjer so bari in restavracije je dosegljiv peš v 10 minutah. Hotel ima bazen, ki je odprt do 22. ure, je čist in plavanje po napornem dnevu neprecenljivo. Zajtrk je odličen, raznolik in sveže pripravljen po naročilu. Osebje ustrežljivo in prijazno, v hotelu je možno najeti tudi kolesa ali skuterje ter se dogovoriti za izlete. Hotel je za to ceno in na splošno izjemen.

Contacto previo con el hotel contestan rápido
Despropósito en una de las habitaciones dobles reservadas. Nos dan una habitación en la planta más alta que no se parece en nada a las imágenes y que está llena de saltamontes y lagartos. Bajamos a recepción a quejarnos y nos dicen que cancelemos la reserva (ya cobrada previamente por booking) y que nos den quieren cobrar 15$ por el cambio de habitación. A regañadientes y con intención de reclamar aceptamos y nos bajan a una habitación en la planta baja. A los 10 minutos viene la recepcionista y nos indican que se han equivocado y que no nos podemos quedar allí porque tiene que entrar huéspedes el día siguiente. Segundo cambio de habitación.
Para rematar, cuando nos vamos a meter en la cama nos encontramos la almohada y las sábanas llenas de bichos. Volvemos a ir a recepción donde pedimos que vayan a ver los insectos y exigimos cambio de habitación. Después de pelear la situación, nos cambian de habitación a la planta intermedia.
Conclusión: hemos tenido 3 cambios de habitación en 2 noches en este hotel. El hotel únicamente ha pedido disculpas cuando el último día les llegó la queja formal de booking. El único gesto que tuvieron fue no cobrar los 15$ por haber pedido el cambio de habitación por haber saltamontes y gekos dentro.
Lo más gracioso es que la otra habitación familiar que estaba reservada tenía humedades y baño con goteo en las tuberías del lavabo.
