Staff needs more common sense.
Pros:

The new room I was given, the pool and restaurant.
The chambermaids. They were wonderful - efficient and friendly.

Cons:

1. The hotel knew that I was there to write (work) but gave me a room with virtually no window. The windows opened to a wall less than 2 meters. Nobody can stay in such a room for 10 days. Thankfully, they changed it.
2. On my final day, I asked for a late checkout- at 1:30 pm.
Whilst informing me that there is no one checking into my room that day, insisted that I checked out at 1 pm and wait for my car to the airport in the un-airconditioned lobby. It was more than 35 degrees Celsius.

I wish I was still there.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, pool was clean, room was quiet, separate shower (not in with toilet). They even have a backup generator so there's electricity if the grid goes down.

Cons:

Parking - There isn't enough parking for all the scooters, remorques, vehicles when the hotel is booked.

Pros:

Pool area was nice.

Cons:

A bit too far out with nothing else around, staff who seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else and were never off their phones. Pool area was nice but only gets the sun from about 11-3 (not their fault I understand but not ideal for pool days or for getting late sun when back from being out all day). They ran out of all white wine on day 3 of our week long visit and didn’t have anymore delivered the entire week. Food was okay but you didn’t always get what you’d asked for. Room was pleasant enough, a bit rough around the edges as expected, but there was no storage to put any clothes, only given 2 hangers and when asked for more got 4 mismatched wired hangers that didn’t fit over the rail. TV didn’t work as not connected to any source. No towel rails either to hang up towel to be reused. Also beware of the shower/bathtub. A leaky, dangerous and ill designed structure which required you to climb up three stairs and then step the depth of that into a tiled tub, with no handrails. Could be so dangerous and is not designed for anyone with any kind of balance, mobility or accessibility issues. Not sure if all rooms are like that but this was our experience. This was also meant to be the honeymoon suite and if it had been our honeymoon (we got married a year ago) we would have been really upset. This is our third hotel in Cambodia and by far the worst experience. Just too many little things.

Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder auswählen.
Pros:

Das Personal, vor allem Hak, Phy, Lyna, Nith, Kun, Theanith, war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr luxuriös für den Preis. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und komfortabel. Auch der Pool im Innenhof hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist ein sehr idyllischer Ort.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht ganz so ausgiebig, wie gedacht. An 2 Tagen gab es ein Buffet und an den anderen Tagen konnte man sich etwas von der Karte bestellen. Insgesamt war es lecker, jedoch war von dem frischen Obst um 9 Uhr kaum noch etwas da, obwohl das Frühstück bis 10 Uhr ging.

Pros:

Hak for president! :)
Pros:

The Receptionist, Hak is the kindest person we have met during our entire journey through Vietnam and Cambodia. The minute he received our booking, he reached out to us personally and assisted us with everything, every step of the way. His smile is something I will never forget.

The public areas of the hotel are beautiful, the breakfast is lush (á la carte), plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower.
20 min walk from the center. Tuktuk to the center around 1-2 USD.

Cons:

Careful with the room you pick/get as they are all different. You may see views in the images but you don't get that in every case. Some rooms look at a wall. Iffy air-conditioning in one of them.
