Customer service was great and the rooms were well cleaned.
An Extra toliet paper roll should be stored in the bathroom.

It would have been nice if the hotel shop had a better selection of products.
We stayed here because we went to the Knoxville Nationals. The last two years we stayed in Pella, but this year they decided to jack up their rates so we looked elsewhere, and found the Fairfield Inn, who had NOT jacked up their rates! The Fairfield Inn is a very nice hotel. I have nothing negative to say, other than that the pool is just a tad bit on the tiny side.

We did not eat breakfast there-but I did get a cup of coffee to take with me in the car. It was great.
When we arrived we could hear the fire alarms going off inside the hotel and people were coming out of the hotel. We stood outside (with our luggage) near all the employees and no one told us what was going on....even after the fire truck came and it was ok to go in -no one said anything about what had happened. We asked the young man at the front desk and he said it was a faulty fire alarm. I just think it would have been nice for any one of the employees to speak to us and explain what was happening. It did not affect our stay and we will stay there again.

First room the air did not work but the front desk got us into another room with working air very quickly.
The breakfast is kinda early and ends early, but Im impressed by the friendly staff and how clean the room was.
