ESTANCIA MAGNÍFICA EN KIOTO
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta a 5 minutos andando de la estación de Tokio. Además cuenta con todos los detalles que necesitas en una estancia, limpio cómodo y bien equipado. El personal super amable y conocimos a Marina excelente profesional. 100% recomendable, si volviera a Kioto repetiría seguro.

Worked brilliantly for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children)
Pros:

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bunkbeds were solid and worked perfectly for our family of four. They were set apart from the lounge area which was nice. The apartment (Loft B) was very well equipped, clean and quiet. We had a beautiful view of the temple outside our window. The location wasn’t too busy and felt very safe, yet it was very close to Kyoto station and subway, as well as various great restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel had a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Freshly ground coffee was also available which was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. All in all, we’d definitely stay again at 20 Pieces.

Cons:

The couch was a little hard, but that was not a big issue.

Pros:

地點很好，距離京都車站只有5-10分鐘路程，途中會經過Yodobashi跟唐吉訶德，十分方便。
家電設備應有盡有，對於家庭出遊十分方便。
房間隔音非常優秀，就算緊臨烏丸通，一樣安靜舒適。
員工相當親切。

Cons:

房門內感應燈無法關閉，導致在睡覺時有人翻身就會不斷亮起，需要貼起來避免感應。可以考慮在B房型的下層增設窗簾。

A beautiful apartment in a great location.
Pros:

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and the photos didn't do it justice.
We loved the spaciousness of our apartment, it was very comfortable and quiet with a lovely view to the mountains.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, opposite the huge temple with markets almost daily.
The main bathroom was particularly appealing and the shower pressure was very high.
We highly recommend 20 Pieces.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Pros:

I really like the whole concept of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always gave us great advice and even booked a barber appointment for my son. Communicating in English is no problem here

Pros:

The highlight of this place are the spacious room (including bathroom) and the comfortable beds. It is a ~ 7 - 10 min walk from Kyoto train station and right across a scenic temple. If you are traveling in a group and prefer not to do tatami room, I would recommend this place.

距離離車站很近，交通很方便，住宿環境非常寬敞，非常有趣的住宿體驗。

房間寬敞舒適乾淨，價格合理，提供的設備非常的豐富，而且有趣，好用又實用，下次回訪一定會再來住。

樓上的租客發出的噪音影響我們樓下的空間，還好經過反應之後，櫃檯有去處理。
