Stylische Lobby mit kostenlosem, gutem Kaffee
Kostenlose Leihmöglichkeiten in der Lobby (Plattenspieler, Kochutensilien, Weingläser, Adapter, Gesellschaftsspiele u.a.)

Cons:

Zimmer ohne Straßenausrichtung (vermutlich Mehrzahl der Räume) blicken direkt auf Nachbargebäude, nur ca. 50 cm Abstand – kaum Tageslicht, problematisch für Personen mit Klaustrophobie-Neigung
Matratzen, Kopfkissen und Bettwäsche deutlich unter japanischem Standard und Hotelniveau
Klimaanlage sehr laut und schlecht regulierbar, ständiger direkter Luftzug
Insgesamt nur 3 Sterne aufgrund mittelmäßiger Betten und fehlendem Tageslicht im Zimmer

Great place in Kyoto
Pros:

Perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the railway station, yet on a wide, quiet street.
The reception team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
Our room was spacious and offered a stunning view. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, and the large lobby is a great place to store your luggage or relax and recharge after check-out if needed.
I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Kyoto.

Spacious and comfortable beds
Pros:

Spacious room and super comfortable beds! All facilities were excellent! There are laundry machines which was really handy when staying for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were not strict on checkin times, the room was ready and we were able to check in early which was fantastic after a long day of travel. Location was great, quiet and easy 5-7 min walk to Kyoto station and convenience stores 1 min walk. Our family of 4 had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay! We will be back for sure!

Cons:

Everything was perfect, if I had to really pick something, the bath towels were a bit small.

Fantastic stay in a modern apartment.

The space, the layout of the room, very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice linen.

The view🤣 we looked straight into a wall. It did not bother us too much as we were out for most of the day though.
