Toffe locatie, gezellig restaurant en mooie entree

Cons:

Erg smal bed voor 2 personen en slecht matras. Douche was ook oud en liep slecht door waardoor je in een waterbak stond en moest opletten met douchen. Super gehorig allemaal de kamers.

Helaas, we hebben besloten dat dit een eenmalig verblijf is in dit hotel.

Het ontbijt was prima. En 's avonds hebben we goed gegeten in het restaurant.

Cons:

De kamer vond ik gedateerd. Het was een tweepersoons kamer maar er stond maar één stoel in het zitgedeelte, daar was voldoende ruimte voor nog een stoel. De deur naar de douche ging moeizaam open en dicht. Hier zit de toilet bij in dus niet heel prettig als de deur zwaar gaat. Onze kamer was naast de lift, dit geeft steeds een niet fijn geluid. Aan de andere kant van onze kamer zit de ijzeren trap naar beneden. Als hier iemand op loopt hoorden wij dat ook, we lagen met het hoofdeind naast de trap. Misschien nog een idee om ook in het zitgedeelte mogelijkheid om tv te kijken? Kon nu alleen vanaf het bed.

Onze kamer stonk net alsof er iemand zwaar gerookt had en vreselijk gezweet t toilet zat zwart water in en de temperatuur van de douche was absoluut niet stabiel, het ontbijtbuffet werd niet bijgevuld en was leeg

Prima kamer. Goed restaurant en lekker gegeten (maar de hoeveelheid van het diner was een beetje weinig en de prijzen van de gerechten waren nogal hoog). Vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant.

Cons:

Het personeel bij de receptie kwam niet echt vriendelijk over; bijna een beetje arrogant. Vroeg uitchecken (11.00 uur). De prijzen van de gerechten in het restaurant waren nogal hoog. Tijdens het diner renden de muizen door het restaurant.

De locatie en restaurant, om de sfeer van zo oude gevangenis te voelen was bijzonder. S' avonds in restaurant heerlijk gegeten.

Cons:

Badkamer niet echt schoon en schimmel, vlekken op handoek, zwarte veeg op laken van bed.
Koffiemachine zonder koffiecups.
Slecht bed.
Water in wasbak liep niet weg, zelf hulpmiddel verzonnen om dit op te lossen.

Eine Reise nach Alkmaar führt nur über das Fletcher Hotel.
Pros:

Das Ambiente, die Lage, das Restaurant und das Personal. Seit Jahren reserviere ich in diesem Hotel bzw. auch mit dem vorherigen Eigentümer. Es ist für unser Unternehmen ein optimales Hotel. Sehr gerne würden wir auf Grund unsere Jahrelangen Geschäftsbeziehungen ein Sonderpreis bekommen.

Cons:

Das die Rechungen nicht mit der Firmenanschrift ausgestellt werden obwohl dies beim Checkin besprochen wurde.
