Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Personal Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das von uns gebuchte und schriftlich bestätigte Zimmer mit Bakon und Stadtblick war nicht verfügbar! Das Ausweichzimmer entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen, so dass wir früher abreisten.Buchungsfehler muss geklärt werden. Frühstückspersonal war am 1. Tag tlw. Überfordert und Klimaanlage funktionierte in der 1 Nacht nicht (ca. 27 Grad).. Ein weiteres Ausweichzimmet, das uns angebiten wurde, hatte zwar eine Terrasse zum Innenhof. Kam jedoch nicht in Frage, da die Terrasse nur über 2 steile, schmale Stufen -Unfallgefahr- betreten werden konnte.

Nice hotel in centre of town
Pros:

We had a nice room at the front of the hotel, but being at the front we were woken very early with bin men, traffic, and general noise. The room was clean and had nice double doors we could open onto the front of the property. Check in was difficult. The gentleman staying at the hotel who helped us, and let us in to the hotel to do self check-in said the same. And later in the evening we ended up having to help a young family to check-in. Not ideal at all.

Cons:

The self check-in system that did not work efficiently.

Die gute Lage des Hotels und kein Teppichboden im Zimmer.

Cons:

Ankunft: bis 18:00 Uhr sollte die Reception besetzt sein, aber zu unserer Ankunft um 17:20 Uhr war die Reception nicht besetzt. Der elektronische Selbst-Eincheck war fast unmöglich, da die Elektronik auf die Eingabe meiner PIN nicht reagiert hat. Ein Hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter aus dem Restaurant hat uns dann die Chip-Karten für unser Zimmer überreicht. Keine Ahnung von woher er diese gezaubert hat.
Zimmer: Das Zimmer war dunkel und es muffelte. Wir konnten die Fenster zum lüften öffnen. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad sind bescheiden. Die Wahl von einzelnen Fernesehprogrammen war mehr als hakelig.
Frühstück: mit 16,90 EUR/Person absolut zu teuer. Für mich die schlechtesten Brötchen in Münster. Kaffee ok, wenn man den Kaffee-Automat bedienen konnte. Wurst und Käse gab es auch, Obst aus der Dose. Rührei konnte man nur mit drei Händen bekommen. Hand 1 hält den Warmhaltedeckel, Hand 2 hält den Löffel um das Rührei zu nehmen und Hand 3 hält meinen Teller. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Warmhaltedeckel oder Teller.
Auscheck: schnell und mit bescheidener Kommunikation.

A nice hotel room with a balcony and a great central location
Pros:

We stayed in a spacious and modern Junior Suite and were very happy with our stay overall. The balcony was lovely, the room had a comfortable temperature throughout our stay, and having a refrigerator was very convenient. The bed was huge, although a bit too firm for our personal preference. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed, and the central location was another big plus. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There were just a few minor downsides. The self check-in process could have been explained better, especially since most of the information was provided only in German. The room could also have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, and we would have appreciated a second chair on the balcony so we could both sit outside.
