Pros:

Hotel on a very busy and very loud street. We were given the room right next to road. Tv would not work and employee tried to fix it but said no service paid. No hot water for shower for night or morning. Old mismatched towels and no wash clothes. We called Expedia to complain and get refund for second night as we checked out after first night. Expedia said they would contact hotel about refund. Then we requested refund to office 2 ladies and they did not know anything about Expedia. We explained to them our problems and left.
