Stanza inaccettabile da ostello senza offesa per gli ostelli, bagno indecoroso senza doccia o meglio con un doccino sulla parete del bagno senza avere box o altro che possa fare capire che sia una doccia!! Letti a castello da caserma porte interna bagno e di ingresso camera "ridicole" Insomma vergognoso! parcheggio a pagamento a oltre un kilometrooo di distanza! Naturalmente le foto proposte in fase di prenotazione erano totalmente diverse. Sarei voluto fuggire ma venivo da un viaggio di dieci ore di auto e tutta la famiglia era esausta! Ho chiesto spiegazioni e cambio della camera ma alle 23.30 orario d'arrivo alla reception c'era una persona incaricata che a stento parlava italiano, gentile ma senza facoltà di poter fare nulla!

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im 4. OG. Der Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon im 4. OG war einfach der Hammer und wir haben ihn geliebt! 🌊❤️

Cons:

Die Qualität vom Frühstücksbüfett war teilweise enttäuschend: das Gemüse und Obst waren öfter alt, unreif oder teilweise nicht mehr frisch. Die Auswahl der Produkte war eher begrenzt. In der zweiten Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts waren Säfte teilweise leer und wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Salz und Pfeffer standen für alle Gäste nur begrenzt zur Verfügung, und auch leere Olivenöl - Fläschchen war nicht nachgefüllt. Hier besteht sicherlich einen Verbesserungsbedarf.

La gentilezza purtroppo non e sempre tutto.

La doccia comoda e vonfortevole

Cons:

Il bidè inutilizzabile incastrato, il lavandino in camera fuori dalla zona bagno stretto incastrato con un rubinetto decentrato.
La biancheria da bagno macchiata, tra le lenzuola peli e capelli.
Mi spiace ma questo è ciò che ho trovato.
