Хуже этот отель просто быть не может. Я редко пишу длинные отзывы, но эту историю обязана рассказать, чтобы предупредить других.

Моя ситуация: За 3 недели я забронировала конкретный номер на верхнем этаже — с окном и видом на город. Сразу после брони отель написал мне, что в номере "проблемы с электричеством" и попросил МЕНЯ САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО ОТМЕНИТЬ бронь. Это уже странно: за 3 недели починить электричество? Нереально? Нет, просто невыгодно отелю.

Я связалась с поддержкой Booking, они подтвердили, что проблемы на стороне отеля. Но мои друзья уже забронировали здесь номера, поэтому я была вынуждена согласиться на другой номер. В итоге меня заселили в грязную каморку БЕЗ ОКНА: на люстре паутина, везде пыль, не убирались явно неделями. За 1 000 000 донгов за ночь — это грабеж. Отель отказался переселять меня (марафон, нет мест) и отказался возвращать деньги.

А теперь самое главное: Когда мои друзья приехали в отель в положенное время заселения, их ТОЖЕ не смогли заселить! И знаете, какое оправдание они услышали? Абсолютно такие же "проблемы с электричеством"! Друзьям сказали: "Извините, в вашем номере проблемы с электричеством, подождите".

Честно? Становится очевидно, что никакого электричества не ломалось. Просто горничные не успели убрать номер, а отель списывает всё на одну и ту же выдуманную проблему. Это удобное оправдание, чтобы ничего не делать и не отвечать за свои косяки.

Вывод: это не просто плохой отель. Это мошенническая схема. Они продают нормальные номера, а потом под любым предлогом ("электричество") заселяют в ужасные условия или просто заставляют ждать часами. Деньги не возвращают.

Если хотите нормальный отдых — обходите это место десятой дорогой. Один раз обманули — позор им, но второй раз тот же трюк с друзьями — это уже диагноз.
Ночью из внутреннего окна во двор доносились вопли, вой, сморкание и вонь помойки.

This is a lovely clean and comfortable hotel to stay in in Da Lat.
Pros:

Lovely big clean rooms. Close to Central market and easy to get to. Very appealing foyer where I could wait for tours. I was able to leave my luggage safely for a few hours. Washing was organised well through the front desk. Very pleasant stay.

Cons:

I arrived on the overnight bus and I had advised the hotel of this. There was a tense moment when they had someone who wanted my room and the hotel thought I may have been a no-show. Thankfully they got an English speaker to contact me but the hotel experience would be improved with staff with some English. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were very helpful and they did their best to help me have a lovely stay.

Son emplacement est bon pour les visites à pied. Les restaurants sont près.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant par le voisinage, près d’un bar derrière. Pas d’air climatisé pour les journées chaudes.

Pros:

The staff makes sure to help you with anything you need. The water was so hot in the bathtub! And you can see the main lake in town. The night market is just across the street basically, down some stairs too. There's plenty to eat within a 10 minute walk and the hotel rooms were quiet. The beds were soft and springy too, which is the style of bed I prefer.

Cons:

Nothing. We already have plans to return.
